Toilet great value, arrived 1 day early.

Original order arrived severly damaged and was collected 2 days later as promised. Our replacement was due to be delivered today as per an email from Trish. It is nearly 5pm and still no delivery. No contact from anyone with an update if its been rescheduled. Once again I have tried to contact this company via phone and email to find out what is happening, so far I have had no response from anyone again!

Called prior to buying with a question which was handled efficiently and I was reminded that it was only 20 minutes to today's desptach cutoff, which was really helpful.

The bath arrived damaged (not bathandshower's fault, the damage was completely invisible until unpacked). I phoned and was asked to email pictures, then received a prompt phone call to say that they would replace immediately, which they did, including delivering to a different address which was more convenient as no-one was going to be onsite.

Would definitely use again. I bought during lockdown simply because they had stock of what I wanted and I couldn't find it elsewhere at a similar price. Now they would be a first choice due to efficient customer services and the way they handled the problem.

Only shipped half the order, but Gentleman who sorted it was apologetic and rectified it by sending the remainder albeit it will be 5 days late.

I was happy with the overall service provided by Bath and shower the transaction was swift and easy... However I was not impressed by the delivery driver, who was not really helpful at all he just dumped the products right in front of my gate even after I told him he could offload at the side of my property for ease of manover into the home...

Terrible service - assured delivery was within a time slot 3 times on different days! and didn't arrive!! When it eventually arrived it was dumped in a massive pallet on the road. Living in a large city I have no means of disposing of this pallet. It was only a shower door!! Will never use them again.

First product came incorrect and it delayed my bathroom by 4 working days . Second bath came chipped , but I was lucky that I have covered it with a tile as I could not wait any longer.
