Very efficient, ordered 1day and 2days later it arrives. The driver was a very happy chappie with a smile on his face which is not always the case. So thank you.

Ordered toilet seat one day and arrived the next. Have had one before and pleased with it. Be aware though it is only sprayed with champagne colour paint so do not use bleach on it. Otherwise strong and sturdy.

Item received promptly within 3 working days , and was well packed. Item looks far more substantial than my original telescopic bar towel holder which has suffered the attentions of my 2 year old granddaughter . Fingers crossed for this new replacement . Thank goodness for the internet to find a replacement so easily.

They where quick with delivery bad side I needed a top fixing seat bottom fixing seat no use as plumber can’t get into it and I am now left with a seat I can’t use due to your policy if you open the plastic covering you won’t take it back but how do you try it to see if it fits I really liked the seat I got but had to be top fixing as I’m an old age pensioner it’s a lot of money to meqq

I was able to speak with one of the staff who confirmed that the item was in stock.
Then I used the website to purchase said item.
Item arrived next day.
Brilliant service and I will use them again.

I ordered two identical toilet seats but only received one, spoke to a very nice lady who was most apologetic and said she would get the other one posted out Asap. The second one duly arrived a few days later via DHL. Mistakes happen but the way this was dealt with was great. I would order from them again.

The product, price, and communication were all excellent, but because you used dhl as your courier (who went to the wrong address and lied about leaving a card at my house), I can't give five stars.

The most efficient service l have had within a couple of hours of ordering had an email to say it had been despatched arrived next day many thanks.

Love the product BUT
When I ordered email told me 2 to 3 days for delivery, after approx 5 days I contacted you. I was told the product was on its way from Germany , fair one BUT
No contact before my phone call and none after. Again I rang to be told delivery from Germany not arrived and as soon as it did arrive it would be posted to me.
I find it frustrating that I had to get in touch with you and not the other way round.
Needless to say monies were taken on the day of ordering.
Not really a happy customer
