I rarely write reviews, however after doing business with Beadcorp for over 10 years this is long overdue, along with my last order received last Friday which was amazing. As a long time designer as well, I do business with hundreds of companies. Aside from the personalized customer service, at Beadcorp, I'm always able to speak to one of the owners. They always goes over an beyond to explain sizing, plating differences, etc. I need and use items/ things of superb quality and need delivery in a timely fashion for which Beadcorp ALWAYS accommodates! I used beadcorp about two weeks ago when this pandemic started and my regular supplier had to close. Within three hours after placing my order I received the tracking information, and two days later it arrived at my door. The quality was exactly the same as my usual supplier, but their price was better. I am now on my third order and happy I found them.

I was in a bind when my current supplier ran out of toggle clasp that I use in my jewelry line. After some searching I found beadcorp online and placed an order. Within one hour the emailed a tracking number and in two days my order was delivered. The toggles where exactly what I needed and cost less than my normal supplier I will be ordering them here from no on.

I have been ordering supplies for my small jewelry business from beadcorp for a few months and everything was fine until recently. First they sent me the wrong item in an order and when I sent them photos of the wrong item they asked for more photos as proof then told me I needed to return the wrong item before they would send the correct one. It's peak and I've been busy so I opted to keep the wrong item and order more of the correct one. Two orders later my package just didn't show up. They wanted me to go to the post office to get proof that my order was not delivered even though the tracking showed it as not delivered and again, it's peak and I don't have time for that. They continued to give me the run around until I got tired of it and asked paypal to intervene. Then they sent me an email with an accusatory headline about insurance fraud saying I needed to check a box for their insurance company to once again verify that I didn't recieve my order. I checked the box and exchanged a couple of angry emails, then a few days later paypal gave me my money back, which was cool, but I really just wanted my items. I go to log in and buy more supplies only to find out they deactivated my account. I've spent a ton of money ordering from beadcorp and they shut down my account because I expected to get the items I paid for and maybe a little less attitude from customer service. Also if you write an honest review of products you buy from them, they won't post it unless it's 5 stars so you can't warn other customers when something is not as described.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and they shipped it DHL it was delivered in only 2 days. I am very happy with the quality of the items and prices they charge. They will be my new go to company for ordering all of my findings and jewelry supplies. Their selection of gold filled and rose gold filled is astonishing, they have things that I have not seen available anywhere else.

My order was sent very quick, I live in Spain and the shipped using DHL it arrived in only two days. The selection the offer in yellow and rose gold filled is out of this world. I found a lot of unusual items made in gold filled not found anywhere else. They also have a huge selection of Swarovski crystals at the lowest prices I have seen. I have been purchasing through this site for 4 years now. I have always had great service, fast shipping. I have 2 retail shops, and they ship within 2 days. More than i can say with my "Other Supplier". I have had a few mistakes on my order. They always help with getting the issue resolved. I had to ship a few things back, but they have always refunded me on my return shipping, if it was at my cost. Beadcorp had the correct item out to me, immediately, with no hesitation! They always followed up with an email to see if the correct item arrived, and to see if everything was to my liking. I could not deny, they do care and i have trust in this company, way more than my last supplier. People make mistakes, we are all human. You are treated as you treat others. I've been a professional jewelry designer for several years, and sell to high-end boutiques. I ordered a number of components (around $250 dollars) from beadcorp.com to use in samples I was creating. I had to return some ear wires that in my opinion were absolutely unusable - the gauge of the wire was far too large. The return process was a nightmare; especialy follow up with Joe who was singularly the WORST person I've dealt with in over 7 years in the industry. My second order (which I placed before my return nightmare) was more than 50% incorrect - wrong material (yellow gold-filled rather than rose gold that I'd ordered). However, I'm just going to keep the components, as I know a return wouldn't be worth the headache. Additionally, the quality of most of the small crosses I ordered was pathetic - I'm giving them to my kid, as I would NEVER show this to a client!

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I have been ordering thousands upon thousands of dollars in supplies from them since last year. 99% of the time my orders would ship within a day or two. I had placed 2 orders that had not shipped and emailed them to inquire in status. Their response was rude, inconsiderate and uncalled for. Instead of kindly replying and being thankful for the business they were rude and told me “don’t you realize there is a pandemic going on and people are dying.” I do realize that but I also purchased a product and have a right to know if it has shipped. I’m also trying to keep a very small business afloat to support my family. The way I was treated was so unprofessional that I will no longer purchase anything from them. Stay away! There are other companies out there who don’t treat their customers like this.
