Beals Gosport / Dominic and Sam had our property for two days and managed to arrange an open hour for potential tenants to have a look round one Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon we had a tenant. From the moment Dominic introduced himself, to the moment my wife and I signed the contract we found he and Sam to be superb on all levels. My wife and I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Dominic and Sam - you are 'simply the BEST' Thank you very much

Again I received an excellent service from Beals, particularly Leon and Christine who went the extra mile to sort out the problems of non-communicating solicitors! The Emsworth branch at least seems to provide refreshingly helpful, unpressured support that continues to the end of the transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sam in lettings, Eastleigh was amazing getting us some excellent tenants in a short time frame.We needed to move before Christmas. He was very thorough and approachable and answered all our questions very professionally. He was able to offer us a selection of tenants. Thank you so much!

Zoe was very helpful and informative at the first meeting, she even thought she had someone interested before we put our place on the market!!! They managed to sell our place within a couple of days and were very helpful throughout the whole process.

We felt we were promised a great service but once the money was handed over and the open day was done we had no kind of service at all on day of completion the buyers turned up in our doorstep with no prior warning from Beatles that we were OK for them to hand the keys over would not recommend them to anyone

excellent service the price quote for the house was spot on , the service from Liz ( the elder one ) first class , every visit was accompanied and the feedback was comprehensive and quick i dont think i could have been more satisfied i woud recommend you to anyone and would certainly use you again

Poor service due to not getting regular updates on process allegedly checking prospective buyers ability to purchase by getting them into office but got feeling it was more to do with trying to get them to use their mortgage advisors products thus resulting in wasting 10 weeks to find their prospective buyer had bad credit history. Also feedback from viewers off property resulted in the fact that the estate agent showing them around couldn't answer any off their questions about house as they didn't enquire any from us the owners . Overall as much as they seemed very pleasant the service was very poor and for the price and service I will definitely use an online service next time

Having recently sold our property I wanted to speak about our great experience with Beals. From the get go they dealt with an extremely tough negotiation situation incredibly professionally and always focused on our needs instead of getting quick results. This was coupled with excellent service from the Park Gate branch throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

Beals were very speedy at giving us a valuation and sorting an open day as we required a quick sale.The first day they put our house on the market it sold.The only negatives are they werent very prompt at returning calls .I left various messages asking for advice and what was happening but rarely returned .I would recommend Beals .I have used there services before and always give a good service they just need to a little more attention to message taking and returning calls when they say they will.

Got me in the property quickly but 'played down' some parts of the requirements for passing the credit scoring and the inventory was very selective biased towards the landlord, especially the photographs- very carefully/ skillfully taken! It would benefit all; including your staff if this was more honest at onset. Your system caused problems also, as I was unable to email through the images I had taken to show issues from the inventory and had to print it all out and post to you, a bit expensive and unnecessary surely in 2016?

When looking for a house we first had Matthew Rudd as our agent, he was better then we could of asked for. Every problem we had, Matthew sorted it as quickly as he could, and there were a fair few problems on our behalf! He was always happy to help and nothing was too much. We are now happily in our home that we absolutely love. We appreciate very much everything that Matthew had done for us, thank you very much!
