ordering was fine , but I was told id get an email or text when delivery was , I didn't receive any , If anything the only way I knew of any possibility of delivery was because my 18 year old daughter knows someone that works there and they had mentioned it

Wrote to Beatsons after I realised that I had been charged £22.00 delivery for an £18.00 order. I live 5 minutes away and told them that I would like to cancel and collect. Didn’t get a reply.

Ordered 3 fence post coming up 3/4 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Can garentee I will not be back nd will be telling people how bad the service is. Got charges 21 pound for delivery which was more than my order.

The goods did not arrive on the day given but arrived the next day before 8am. However under the present circumstances I consider this to be a good service.

Rubbish gave me a delivery date for 12 but today is 14 and am still waiting. I Had arranged a joiner For 12th but had to pay him to go back. Am not happy.

Gave me delivery dates, never delivered, had to chase them up, eventually told all was not in stock and I should have been contacted but it’s hard to contact everyone, another email saying due to be delivered, no delivery then 2 days later got refunded without me even asking for a refund. Terrible handling of a situation

Pallet dropped off well clear of the drive and the driver was away....like a phantom, just a sway of the bushes to prove he had been!!

Delivery was very quick for the current situation with the covid 19 plus good service gony use them again
