I called 3 times to let them know about the product and ask for a replacement or other appropriate remedy. The first person, Caitlan, was blunt and suggested I go to Van Cleef & Arpels (the maker) for resolution. The 2nd person, Maria, said it was the way I stored it. The 3rd person, Duke the supervisor, said I should just writeoff the money and throw the perfume away. I told them I would write a review about their lack of service and consideration for my situation.
Nearly any other online store will back up their product and do what it takes to keep a customer. I am a first-time, and one-time only customer. Their products are inferior and their "service" doesn't exist.
