Bella Braided Wigs

I purchased items online for $467.00 on march 2020. By may 12 i had not received my items and requested aa full refund. I have contacted them multiple times but they either ignore the emails or respond with "we are looking into it". It is clear this company intends on stealing money from customers and ignoring their refund requests, i want everyone to know how dishonest and shady they are.

I never received my order or my money back from this company. I emailed them several of times and always get a email saying I will have a tracking number soon and I never got one. I think this business should be shut down because they are a big scam and a ripoff. My advice never order from this company a big scam and ripoff.

Do not I REPEAT, do not order form this company, if you can even call it that. I placed an order in June 2020 for 2 wigs (BOGO) and decided to cancel it because I found a MUCH more realistic and better quality wig from another braided wig company. I cancelled the order less than an hour after placing. I sent the email and we confirmed that order would be canceled. LONG STORY short, it is now DECEMBER 2020 and just yesterday I received a message from this money hungry business saying that the wigs, from the order THAT I CONFIRMED I WANTED TO BE CANCELLED, is on its way to me. This is full on robbery! But its okay i still have the screen shots as well as their original return policy still saved. This is far from over trust. I WILL get ALL of money back and every chance I get i will clown this wicked company.

This company is not a reputable company. They are thieves. My best friend referred me to this company and she ordered back in April. I also ordered two units in May and we are in September with no wigs and no money. 5 good months wasted. No updates was sent about my order and I contacted their customer service all the time. first an automated email comes in giving you excuses with terrible lies blaming it on full lace and covid and weeks later a rude person will respond telling you your wig is at the completion stage. They kept saying that to me 3 months in a row. I found out they have had several negative reviews on Better bureau business BBB scamming people of their hard earned money so I called my bank immediately to report about this company to get my money back from them. My best friend also called her bank for a refund. Do not buy from them

I ordered a custom order braided wigs from this company and I am very happy with my purchase they tell you ahead of time how long your wig will take to arrive. Also, I love that they keep in contact through out the whole process especially during this covid-19 era and expecting some delays with my order. The quality of the wig is exceptional I see why it took a while to get to me. I also ordered from their ready to ship which took about 5 days to receive while I waited for my custom order. I am so happy with my purchase it's very beautiful and I have also referred my friends and family to bella braided wigs.
