I ordered 2 beautiful pink storage jars, which I keep smiling at every time I walk past them as they are just what I was looking for to compliment my new grey kitchen. I ordered them and they came within a few days very well packed.

I ordered the wrong colour items so rang up the next day and asked to change my order. The person I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. My order was corrected and I received it 2 days later.

My 10% discount code didn’t work but they emailed me the next day to advise they had refunded the difference. Fast and efficient service, purchase arrived within two days of ordering. Everything was well packed.

Wrong item delivered and three days later I still have no idea if the item I have ordered is in stock and able to be delivered. There seems to be a distinct lack of urgency on the matter which is very frustrating.

The very beautiful Pip weekly planner calendar I ordered took weeks to arrive then it transpired that this calendar was for 2018 so absolutely of no use to man or beast...... I will have to bin it!

I recently broke the lid of my teapot and when I began to search for a replacement I discovered that having bought it 3 years ago it was now discontinued. I spent a whole afternoon contacting different stockists and even the the company that made it in Holland trying to track one down.This was the only place I could find a replacement and I even received 10% off as it was my first purchase. Delivery was 3-5 working days however, it arrived in 48 hours, very well packaged.
I'm a very happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Send me my order of a teapot with its lid would be a start,
it takes 3 phone call, which I had to make & 3 hours to get the reply of, the warehouse are going to finally send you out you lid. Instead of checking the box to make sure my order was correct before delivery. Not happy at all with this company.

I didnt receive a confirmation on my email or tracking details, phoned up after a week to find out where my order was and they said they would email me more details. When that didn’t happen I rang up again. They gave me a tracking number and after 11 days it finally arrived all the way from Holland.

Good service and arrived on time, however free delivery stated up to 7 working days which is significantly longer than most.
Also despite my request to leave the item in my secure location, the deliver did not do so as the parcel required a signature.
Free re-delivery the next day but it would have been nice to be informed of this beforehand!

I was having trouble with the website, someone got in touch with me the next day and sorted it out. Meanwhile I received a 15% off offer just before reordering. Glasswear, superbly packaged. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Customer service was ok, item was damaged and was replaced quickly once I had sent pictures through to prove this and I had sent it back etc. I feel from the customer service this was a one off and doesn't happen often, would buy from them again.

Generally good service but I had to wait ten days for delivery after placing my Black Friday order - they were quick to respond though and resolved the issue in the end. The products were great!

Delivery was 29/6 but unfortunately I was out and parcel could have been left with a neighbour who always takes my parcels in but they did not knock?
Redelivery is today my only day off and I am still waiting would have been good to know if at least am or pm?
