In my opinion, this is the worst company for customer service and reliability. I am unsure of the quality of their rugs as I never received mine. I was promised 4 day delivery. Two months later and still no rug. The company refuses to give a refund. Awful. I spent over $2000. They keep promising delivery but do not deliver and yet also will not refund. What a fraud. DO NOT buy from this company. Strange that there are favourable reviews…..

This company is a joke.
I have been contacting this business by phone everyday for the last 11 days to make a return for the $1900 rug I purchased that HAS A HOLE IN IT.
Every time I call they assure me the return email will be sent by end of day yet I never receive it.

Prepared to file a complaint through my MasterCard account as I am quite convinced they have no intent on returning my money for damaged product they sold me.

Poor quality rugs. The two I received had imperfections that were not visible in the photos (and not "handmade" imperfection but simply poor stitching that meant they were far from rectangles).

When returning them they did not supply me with the correct company name. This meant it was held at customs. They then asked me to pay the customs fee's even though it was their fault (the fees ended up being 800 dollars). Even after that generous offer they have no refunded me. Honestly, it feels like a scam.

I ordered a vintage rug for over $1,000. When it arrived it has some small defects which I thought ok given it was vintage. However, within a month, those defects had turned it to big holes and the rug started to disintegrate. I can only assume that it had been treated with some chemical which caused the rug to fall apart. Benisouk refused to help me because it was past the 14 day return date. Please beware!

We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase. We found this business on Pinterest, which could indicate that it uses Pins to help people find more information on products they're looking to buy. Pinterest is also a great tool for networking with customers and finding/sharing inspiration.
