Refusing to accept any fault and blamed everything on anyone but them!

I first confirmed we wanted to go ahead with a quote provided by them on 23rd June. I was told that this could be processed with a quick turnaround and were led to believe delivery would be approximately 2 weeks. They were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic in receiving the signed forms and payment of the £300 admin fee. Once they received this, they seemed to disappear. After almost 4 weeks and a lot of chasing on my part, there was still no sign of a delivery date being confirmed.
I finally got hold of someone who advised me that my account had been passed to someone else (now the third person I'd been 'passed on to') and that she would be in touch with an update.
As of Tuesday 14th July, we had received absolutely no communication from Suzie, despite phoning to speak to her numerous times and being palmed off by a colleague who promised I would get a call back. This did not happen and I was, once again, left entirely unclear about the progress of the order. When I finally got to speak to Suzie, she was nothing but rude, abrupt and not at all empathetic to the situation and simply said she didn't have any idea when we could expect delivery. She also said she 'might need some help from her manager' to get it arranged. This obviously did not inspire much confidence, given she had already had a week and a half to get this sorted.
Following this sequence of events I wrote a letter of complaint to the Managing Director. Amazingly, upon receiving my complaint, they managed to get a date confirmed for delivery almost immediately. However, I received no response to the complaint that had been submitted and had to chase them twice, at which point they simply tried to blame the dealership for the delivery delay and accepted no responsibility for their sheer lack of customer service.
It is now a month since I submitted my complaint and have only just received a response today, which once again attempts to absolve themselves of any responsibility regarding delays and lack of customer service. Had I not continued to press them for a response, I genuinely think they would have just ignored my complaint and hoped I would disappear.
Needless to say I won't be using them in the future and would not recommend them at all.
