I was in a pinch and needed a stock item ASAP. I was not sure about what I was ordering and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Answered all my questions which made me feel confident in my order. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it in less than a week. The hair is a great color for me. It’s silky and soft. I would definitely recommend Best Hair System.

it all started with a simple question via email regarding a touch up walker glue. I ended up driving an hour to Rancho Cucamonga from Los Angeles and met the nicest person at Best Hair System - Carrie. I am a greenhorn to the whole hair system, and she answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up not just buying 1 glue, but other products I needed to help maintain my hairpiece - great prices compared with other online/retail stores. They also have great selection of male hair systems, and due to the limited stocks available everywhere, I ended up securing myself a new piece. One HAPPY NEW CUSTOMER! worth the drive, and definitely coming back for more.

I have been wearing hair systems for 20 years. I have ordered from the clubs and have also had hair systems made on premise in NY. The quality of the custom systems from Best Hair is fantastic and on par with the very high end hair salons that charge thousands. The time that I received my hair piece was excellent, it was in, in less tha 3 days , quality of the hair is ok , easy to manage , the lace is a little tough , I wish it can be a little softer especially for people who have sensitive skin and they are going to glue it

I have worn hair systems from salons that offer monthly programs, from Hairpiece Warehouse, and now Best Hair System. I have to say that hands down these are the best quality I have seen with graduated hairline, bleached knots and medium light density. I have received lots of compliments on my hair, both from people who know I wear one and those who don't.

2 custom orders so far, 9 weeks delivery time for each, which is reasonable. Hair quality very nice, color match not so much. First system almost there, second system a complete miss (misunderstanding with the factory). An innocent mistake, I think, so they get a pass. Good experience with stock systems- nice quality- availability of systems with some grey percentages somewhat limited in my experience. Exceptionally nice people to work with- customer focused, available and responsive. They genuinely seem to care that customers are satisfied. Overall still a fan- 4 stars.

I've been buying hair for close to 20 years. Recently, I began looking for a new source of hair because of ongoing quality issues with my current vendor. I chose “Besthairsystem” because of the positive reviews I read here on Trust Pilot, and so far have not been disappointed. I started off with a stock system and it is as good as any custom system I’ve ever owned, and much better than most of them As for customer service, it’s been just terrific so far. Overall, I am very pleased and have chosen them to replace my existing supplier of hair.

I have been wearing hair systems for a year and a half now. I have ordered from other companies and the quality was good but the price was way too much ..So a little story of what brought me to BHS. I wanted to find a system with the same "V "Shaped hair line that was graduated..so i went down the ebay hole..I purchased a system and got extremely lucky with it ..it was the same hair system i had purchased from the big hair company. I was so excited. I felt comfortable and wanted to buy more of them. The only problem was i wanted it from the same seller to get the same exact system, but they were out of stock..so i had to wait.I got really impatient that 2-3 weeks went buy and nothing..After 3 weeks they messaged me and said "HURRY ORDER QUICK " There are more in stock !..so i did and a week and a half after waiting i got a cheap imitation ..so i ordered from a seller that advertised what i was looking for with the same stock photos but after days of messaging back and fourth they assured me it was the same exact thing. When i received it it was a total sham! a cheap imitation of what i wanted. I was furious ! this happened to me two times and both times i had to return them ..but now i was with no back up system. Anyway i found BHS on a whim because i googled the serial # of my system and seen images of my exact base and hairline on BHS.I called them because they have a customer service line which i was SO pleased with. BHS is an actual company with actual people that wok there to help you with any issue you have. I asked the lady if the systems they were advertising were the same as what they would be shipping and they confirmed. i had an issue with the first system they sent over ..but let me tell you they were QUICK to resolve it. No questions asked they sent me over a replacement. Of course i mailed out the one they sent the first time but i was so pleased i bought another one on the spot. They sent over the two systems in one package! The customer service in my opinion is stellar!! and if i have any issues i can speak to a human not email someone in China that is questionable at best! I still have to use the system and put it through its paces to give you a review of the system. The hairline and quality of the system is exactly what i wanted,. The prices are the lowest i have seen besides buying Crap advertised as authentic on EBAY. Dont do it!! Find a company that backs its products and don't just want your money. Im very pleased I found BHS. I will test the system and let you know how it fairs. As of now i'm beyond pleased with the customer service and quality of products i have received this far ! I will recommend BHS to anyone that wants a quality piece, Great Customer service and great prices! Thank you Eddie!, Im beyond enamored with the service i have received this far . I have been using hair pieces/ hair extensions for the past 20 years, Serviced by various hair dressers. I found Best Hair Systems to be the best amongst the best. The staff is very courteous and polite. Their hair pieces and extensions are by far the best I have used. They are strong and durable and the best part is I forget I am balled inside as I sleep with the hair piece, swim with it,have a shower with it and only once a month I get to see my scalp when I go in for a service." Those who are planning to go in for a hair transplant, I would recommend you first try out a hair extension/hairpiece at Best Hair Systems and they will do it for a fraction of the cost of hair transplant. If you are comfortable you will do yourself a great favor by saving a lot of money and the stress of replacing your hair from the back of your head and leaving it bald.
