I purchased colour hair wax last year.The colours they offering weren't available,after I did pay for them.I had to chose different one.Fair enough.Not long ago I decided to order some more,but colours were more appealing to me so was really happy about it.A week after my purchase I got an e-mail with explanations that that stock has been discounted,also they've attached a photo with different colours so I could chose out of three.So I did,but day after I had another e-mail saying that they don't control the available colours of producer and whatever they receive then they will send to me.Are they having a laugh?I don't think so,I demanded full refund.The bestofferbuys.com is some amateur firm with unreliable stuff on their website.Why don't they get rid the stock they don't even have for a long time?But what can I expected from someone who runs a "firm" from third world country! I won't even consider go on their website ever again.Cause this looks like big scam for me!

I ordered a L-3 EOTech 553 Holographic Weapon Sight This sight was shipped loose in the shipping box with no packing supplies, it was bouncing around inside the box when I received it almost a month after I placed the order. It did not come in a retail box as shown in the pictures when I placed the order instead it was in a plain black beat up box. I installed the batteries and this sight started to smoke and burnt up right in front of me. I have sent two emails to bestofferbuy customer support and have yet to receive a reply. Now i`m out my money and have a useless peice of burnt plastic....Poor quality & Poor Customer service

I ordered almost 60 days ago. I have received only one of the 3 flashlights I ordered.
the ONE i received works but I have not been able to get any real help from the customer service even though I have been e-mailing them for WEEKS they keep promising to respond in two working days and then I get nothing.

As of now I have not been able to get any useful information from bestofferbuy about my two missing flashlights.

I let them string me out passed the 45 days allowed for PayPal complaints and now it looks like I won't get a resolution at all.
If you use this company I STRONGLY recommend caution - DO NOT use PayPal balances or direct draws from your bank account - DO use a credit card with a VERY STRONG buyer protection policy. This company has HORRIBLE customer service so if you have any issues at all with your order you should IMMEDIATELY file a complaint with BOTH PayPal (better called “PAY not so PAL”) and with your credit card so you don’t allow the buyer protection periods to expire.

4/4/2012 -- Update: Today, I received a refund notice from PayPal. I never received an e-mail about the missing product until after complaining about missing product for over 2 WEEKS! (I am an IT professional - my spam filter has NOT blocked this vender EVER -- I have received 18 total e-mails from them, including my original order receipts, and NONE of the e-mail was ever trapped by my spam filter.) I do have an e-mail from them dated 3/27/12 stating they had e-mailed me on 2/11/2012 about missing product BUT their own website shows the status of my missing product as shipped AND the e-mail mentioned is not in my system at all.
I am happy about the refund -- but still frustrated about the poor communication -- I do not know if I would ever risk ordering from this vender again. -- I like the products but the poor communication makes me very concerned.

Conclusion: Good - They Did refund my money. Bad - very poor communication; It took TWO WEEKS to work out a resolution when their e-mail responses promised me a 1-2 DAY turnaround.; The flashlights they told me they cannot ship and refunded my money for, are still for sale on their site!

I ordered a xbox wireless receiver that arrived almost 4 weeks later in poorly protected packaging. The product turned out to be defective. It would lose power every few minutes and it was simply unusable. I contacted their customer service outlining exactly what was wrong with my item and how appalled I was at the returns policy which I had no control over. The price I would have to pay for post and packaging the defective item back to their warehouse, as well as deducting 20% from any monies refunded to me, is ridiculous. I would end up paying three times as much simply to get 80% of the money I spent on the product. The customer service representative presumably did not even read what I wrote because he simply replied with useless information regarding when my delivery had already been delivered. I would definitely not recommend anyone buying from them if you want: a) a guaranteed working product, b) timely delivery, and c) competent customer service before and after purchase.

Ordered Flashlight and arrived within three weeks, as expected.
No hassles or problems.

I bought a CREE battery charger for £3.93 - a fantastic price and a fantastic product. The one that shipped with my torch from a different vendor had just one battery light and batteries had to be wedged in using tin foil. Just another Chinese merchant. Items arrived in good condition 10 days from purchase, which is on the fast side in my experience. The item I purchased met my expectations, overall I'm quite pleased with the seller.

I ordered a card game (6 Nimmt!) which was clearly counterfeit when it arrived. Cards were of varying weights of paper, all of them very thin and flimsy, packaging does not match information on officially printed copies, and the cards are cut to varying shapes when they should all be standard cards with rounded edges.

I tried to contact BOB support regarding a refund, but was only given the standard boilerplate regarding restocking fees and shipping costs. When I asked for an RMA I was asked to submit another request, despite that being my original request.

Product was not good, and service to correct my order has been bad.

I purchased a Mini Bladeless Fan Model: E58652 and when it arrived there was something loose inside rattling around. When I plugged it in it didn't work. A total waste of money.

I bought a skull shot glass and it came perfectly packaged in just about a week

I originally paid for a car diagnostic scanner, after waiting for 2 weeks for it to be dispatched I emailed BOB and asked what exactly was happening. I received no reply from them at all, I filed a Paypal claim against them and within the hour was refunded, I am still not sure what they were playing at as the item was and still is showing for sale.
Thursday the 19th July I paid for another item, similar but slightly different, again I seem to be having the exact same problem, 1 week later and still not dispatched, all my emails are ignored and I think I will have no choice but to file another Paypal dispute.

Avoid this company like the plague!!!
