Bestvite

Buying for eight years with a variety of products. Everything is always delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I take a lot of supplements and being on a budget I gave them a try once and have been hooked ever since. The only time I ever had a problem with an order the friendly staff took care of it quickly and professionally.

I called to get help with purchasing & was very disrespected buy someone named Jack, completely unprofessional, because of him I will never do business with BestVite nor will I recommend them to anyone ever.

I bought a 6-month supply of BestVite Gymnema Sylvestre on 4-6-14 at a cost of almost $60. When re-ordering, I noticed that the expiration date was May 2014, less than a month after I purchased. I had been taking an expired product for over 5 months. Bestvite's explanation was that the manufacturer must have stamped the wrong date on the bottle. They offered a much cheaper replacement product and, 3 weeks later, I still haven't received it. I rate them a 0.

I purchased 2 Omega 3 bottles, 2 Vitamin C bottles, and Coconut Oil for a friend's birthday on 10/16/17. My friend advised me after she received it that both the Omega 3 and the Vitamin C were opened/not sealed. No one should take new supplements that are opened or not sealed! I called Bestvite who said they would ship out replacements that day. As if it was not embarrassing enough to send a friend gifts that were opened and unsafe to use, almost 2 months passed and replacements were never sent. I called Bestvite, again and again, they said they would ship it and call me if there were any problems. On a positive note, they were shipped quickly and the Coconut oil was fine. I had ordered from them in the past without problems.

As of today 2/10/18, they were never replaced or refunded. I am purchasing them again at my own cost elsewhere.

I ordered a supplement from BestVite as I have congestive heart failure and really don't trust Doctors....L-Carnosine....I emailed BestVite and Jack answered me right away and assured me the Supplement would be in the mail ''No later than today" ....2 days later it arrived. Blazing fast shipping and GREAT customer service and communication. 10 stars if they had it to give ! Thanks for the great support Jack and I will be buying ALL my heart supplements from you from now on.....Mark Anderson
