In juli een matras besteld (levertijd 2 weken) bij Beter Bed voor in ons nieuwe huis, waar we half september in zouden trekken. Ruim van tevoren zou je denken. Nu zijn we 8 weken verder en ik heb nog steeds geen matras waardoor wij genoodzaakt zijn om op een luchtbed te slapen. Als klant bij Beter Bed moet je zelf overal achteraan bellen, de nieuwe leverdatum die was belooft is weer niet gehaald. Nadat er weer gebeld is met de klantenservice is er een onderzoek gestart waar we na een paar dagen nog steeds niks van vernomen hebben. Daarnaast doet Beter Bed ook geen moeite om een oplossing dan wel een alternatief aan te bieden.
Beter Bed komt afspraken niet na en is niet transparant. Daarom zou ik ook niemand adviseren om hier ooit iets te bestellen.

I have bought a 180x200 matrass together with 2 bed bases (Lattenrost) each 90x200 at the store in Heerlen close to IKEA. The delivery was almost on time although they told me that everything is on stock and that they would be able to deliver within 5 days. I then delayed the earliest delivery to 3 weeks later but the products arrived one week after the scheduled delivery. It was a petty but still kind of acceptable. At the shop I tested the matrass but I was not able to test the two bed bases. They told me that they are excellent and if I won’t be happy I could return them. 1 week after delivery I decided after 3 nights on the matrass and bed bases that the matrass is good but the bed bases are absolutely not what they call “perfect quality”. I went back to the shop but they told me that I have to reach customer service and that the shop will not take them back. I reminded them that they offered this but they told me that this can’t be the case. Reaching customer service is another challenge because their lines seem to be busy 24/7. I decided on an email where I finally got the answer after 3 weeks:
Dear Sir Zibner,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to take back delivered items that are not needed.
Trusting you sufficiently informed.
Kind regards.

Nobody seems to be responsible and Beter Bed won’t take anything back after they have received your money. I strongly recommend not to buy any items there. I have not thought that such transactions actually happen in western Europe.

I ordered a mattress on 14/06/2019 and the expected delivery time was for the 24th of June. On the 24th I contacted Beter Bed because no shipment confirmation was received.
They told me that I should receive the mattress on 25/26 of June.
Today (26/06/2019) I contacted them again because meanwhile I didn't receive the email with the shipmetn confirmation and they told me that the new EtA is 15/07.
I didn't receive any notification about this delay also to give me the possibility to cancel the order.
I asked for refund and it takes 2 weeks.
Really bed service. Also replyes from the customer support are really poor.

Let us start with the fact that we're still waiting for our bed (2months) and still there is no light at the end of the tunnel...
The communication of customer service is contradictional, by phone they confirm a certain date or goods have been shipped.... but less than 1h later an email with so-called apologies for another delay????
Beter Bed is the worst we ever experienced!
NOT RECOMMADBLE and VERY BAD!

We have had a very bad experience with Beter Bed, 
We ordered our bed and waited for 2 months. Once the delivery arrived the workers started assembling but when it was half done they understood that one part was wrong. They had a quick call with the company and told us they will be back in a few days to finish. 
Now we were informed that we will actually have to wait for almost another 2 months since the part is not in stock, with the half assembled bed in our room . The customer service was not helpful at all, only saying that nothing can be done.

I've ordered mattress on 4th of December to be delivered on 8th of December. There were no notification of delay, so I called on 9th of December. Then they said, there will be 1 week delay.
Also at that time, customer service told me, they will apply the updated price which was 25% discount on that day. I've got no refund of the difference. Also 1 week later (16 December) I haven't received any mail about delivery or delay. I called customer service again and they told me that there will be delay again and they don't have anything about discount in their system.
So, they don't deliver on time, don't notify about delays and promised discount price isn't applied (they won't bother to check phone recordings if they promised or not).

We ordered 3 wardrobes from beterbed and 1 of the wardrobes was totally damaged during the assembly, others were not assembled completely so we had to complete the assembly ourselves es. The employees who came to repair the damaged wardrobe, claimed the wardrobe to be not fixable and documented that the new wardrobe should be provided instead. 5 months passed and no replacement was provided. Better bed never reached back to us, customer service is not helping, and promise to call back claiming that they can’t look into the system at the time of the call. No records of the claim is found in their internal system (checked via the better bed with the help of shop assistants) and they never called back.We tried to reach out to them through the shop, by having sales assistants in the shop rising the claim - nobody reached out. Will try to get the case solved and the replacement/refund provided through the court! Avoid by all means buying anything from better bed, if you get unlucky and things get broken during delivery / assembly you won’t hear from them!

Bought a boxpring on 10th november. Was set for 7 january.
First delay 14 january
Second delay 21 january. But becuase it is in 30days of the original date. There will be no discount... for a bed I have to wait almost 3 months for...

I ordered a pillow with one for free, “1+1 gratis“ it says in the advertisement. However BeterBed only delivered one pillow. I chatted with the customer service. You should have ordered 2 pillows. Well, I said, that’s not clear. Don’t worry they said, the extra pillow will be send. But nothing was send.
