I sent 3 packages from a regional country town in NSW to an address near Melbourne using BHF Couriers. The packages were picked up on the designated day, and delivered 3 days later - they estimated 2-7 days. This was my first experience using a courier service for large parcels and I was a bit concerned because I had cancelled with another courier because the driver did not come on the day that was scheduled. BHF provided a great quote, great serviceI and I was able to track the parcels online and confirm delivery.
Very satisfied with the service - prompt, efficient and professional. Based on this experience I have no hesitation recommending BHF Couriers

I organize a courier to pick up 1plt it was urgent job I asked so many transport company but cant make it on time bhf courier has done this job on time and very easonable rate. Thank you so much if u want to use fast and efficient service go with bhf courier once again thank you.

As multiple people have been caught with the same issue that has inconvenienced me, I will keep this simple;
Purchased an item, quote received for the specifications provided, 2 weeks after receiving the item, BHF decided to deduct a charge directly from my debt card for... I wouldn't be surprised if you could guess at this point by the extent of these concerns, though the obvious: 'Wrong dimensions / Weight'.

My main issue is that they deducted the amount over half an hour BEFORE they invoiced me, and the fact that this second payment was 2 weeks AFTER I received the item.

Honestly would steer clear of this company to say the least, and by the rating of the business on this website just furthermore ads to my speculation of how this business is truly going. Haha

A hard shell suitcase with my 18 year old daughter's life was sent from Airlie Beach, Qld to be returned to Esperance, WA. It cost $348.96 to send so she could not afford to include insurance on top of this. She elected for 4 -7 delivery. 4 days after it was picked up, she was notified that the case was missing as TNT couriers (who work with BHF)) had put a different tracking number on it. She still had not heard anything about it until 10 days later it just appeared at our house. It was incredibly heavy, which we laughed about at first, until we opened it to find contents completely waterlogged and everything mouldy. Her laptop computer was in here as well as a GHD straightener, a leather watch that disintegrated when you touched it, and every piece of clothing and footwear she owned. We had to bin the lot. At first both companies tried to blame the other, however we believe that it was more likely left somewhere in a tropical environment for it to be so completely ruined. Whilst she did not pay insurance, surely the company has an obligation when contracted, to ensure that goods are transported in a careful and responsible manner and in the time-frame paid for. None of this happened. My 18 year old daughter went and worked in Queensland on her GAP year to earn money for University. When we totalled up the cost of her belongings, it was nearly $8000. She no longer has a computer. She has had to defer University to get another computer and money to replace her clothes. Basically has lost a year because a company took no care and no responsibility.

I booked this company to deliver 2 boxes asap, was told 2 working days brisbane to ballina (2hrs away). Booked them because that could do so in 2days. Picked up 17 oct still no delivery today 25 oct. Emailed got a weak excuse & that i needed to clarify the address which is posted on both boxes along with my mob. #. And also on email. No call no apology, finally i get onto them today and they say their delivering today. Still no apology
this company does not deserve anyone's business their customer service does not exist, courier service and any explanation is, your stuff will arrive when it does apparently.

I will say the lady in booking office (by phone) was great unfortunately she is being let down by an inadaquate disrespectful company.

We booked BHF to arrange a collection in Queensland at a home address on Friday and the item was delivered to Bairnsdale Victoria Tuesday morning. We will definitely use BHF again. It was all so easy. From quote to booking to delivery. Can't recommend them enough AND very cost effective

I ordered x2 boxes by mistake, should of been 3. Only 2 got delievered as the sender advised she made the driver take the thrid. The customer service was awesome, not only from the admin girls but the drivers. If you want your items to be safe fast and get the extra lil help when needed got with these couriers. Again thank you for all your follow up and help. Saved me!

I used BHF Couriers to send an item from Sydney to Darwin, called up and spoke to a very nice gentleman that walked me through the process of what I needed to book in my job. Once I called back with my dimensions and weight, I spoke to a lady that booked it in with me and just like that it was booked in!

My item reached my loved ones in Darwin in excellent condition and had no problems with BHF! I am going to recommend them to all my friends and use the again next time I need a reliable and great courier!

I use bhf to ship our snowsports equipment around Australia. Been excellent nothing damaged (unlike dhl) prices are good. I drop it to their depot easy as. Transit times are generally quicker than they quote.

Needed parcel from Perth to Sydney same day, they promised and delivered. Even rang me when arrived late Friday night to arrange pick up early Saturday morning in botany as promissed. Highly recommend excellent service

I phoned BHF Couriers today to obtain a quote for shipment of boxes to Victoria. I received an instant quote plus extremely efficient, friendly service. Even though it was late morning, I was able to make the booking for the same day pick up. The courier arrived only a couple of hours later .... no fuss, excellent service, stress free ... I will definitely be recommending BHF Couriers!

I had a $5000 painting that i packed with cloth, bubble wrap and cardboard. The driver picked it up in a flatbed truck with removable sides It rained that day and the painting sat in a puddle on the truck. The painting was on mbf. The driver rang me the next day to tell me the painting was wet. I asked him to dry it the best he could and send it on. As expected the painting arrived wet on both corners. The mbf board had expanded in the rain. I did not take out insurance as i figured it would be not worth the extra money as the package was well wrapped and would be fine.

We paid BHF Couriers $2420 to transport gas tanks from Moorabbin to Dandenong on a dangerous good permit truck with a crane.They supplied an old flat bed truck with no permit and two men who could not lift the tanks.We employed a fork lift to load them.
I wrote to them asking for a refund for the difference between what we paid and the service delivered but they have not had the courtesy to reply.Perhaps I should complain to relevant authorities about safety breaches.

I rang up BHF to get a tonne of coconut oil delivered to Bondi Juction, they delivered to the wrong address, after I specified not to deliver to that address due to legal probs, I rang them up to get a remedy, their manager said why dont you just go get it, it only 2 doors down, I said it was under a legal challenge and you delivered 1 tonne of coconut to the wrong address, this is your fault,

he said, ''Sounds like you owe them money to me, and then said ''that if my neighbours got my delivery they would just give it to me''

I said do you want to speak to my lawyer to clarify whats going on, he said ''Mate you should sort it ot with them, sounds like you owe them money'', I said your opinion means nothing to me you were paid to deliver to my address, you didnt and your assumption, doesnt mean anything.''

I couldnt believe that a guy, who wasnt there, wouldnt let me listen to the tape of the phonecall could make this assumption..real lousy, and if this happenend to him, wonder what he would do, the Police are investigating the matter now..due to slack people like this guy..

twice I have used BHF couriers for shipping packages inerstate and both times I have recieved "extra charges" appear on my account 2 weeks later with no explination whatsoever, upon complaining I was informed packages were oversize even though the dimensions and weight were 100% correct. I have been asked to send "proof" i am not lying.

Avoid this courier at all costs. you have been warned!!!

I looked at bhf reviews before booking & was wary due to some of the story's told.....I decided to get a quote anyhow as I had struggled to find someone to meet my pick up requirements(out of hours & a weekend) from Vic to hunter region!! Staff were very helpful from the getgo...price was more than reasonable,service was as I was told it would be..phoned an hr before delivery to insure I was home. COULD'NT BE CRITICAL OF ANYTHING!!!! Well done bhf.. U r recommended by me!!!!!

Paid for 1-2 day delivery, received it on day 7. BHF claimed it was because the seller didn't check the right boxes on the consignment note (despite the labels and consignment note being pre-printed and provided by BHF). I was also given a verbal guarantee it would be delivered on day 6 so I took time off work. Did it arrive....NOPE...apparently there were some 'internal communication issues'.

Two months later BHF took another $22 from my credit card (no prior notice) because the consignment note wasn't sent 'electronically' despite their instructions to attach it to the parcel. When I wrote to them to complain about the additional $22 they agreed to refund $11. When I rang to complain about the $11 and threatened to give them a bad review. The Account Manager told me he was rescinding his offer of the $11 refund because I had threatened him. So much for customer service....good one [name removed]!

Oh! and the item was damaged in transit. Can't complain about that because I didn't insure it. If I could give a negative rating I would. Absolute ripoff and I'll be reporting them to Consumer Affairs.

First they picked up the boxes 3 days late, then they promised us they would be delivered by a certain date as compensation for the late pick up, this also did not happen Because of this we had to change the delivery address, I spoke to them 3 times on the phone to make sure that my goods were going to be delivered to the new address. After all this they still delivered them to the old address, which was unoccupied and our goods unattended. Im even surprised we got our stuff back. I would never recommend this moving company the service was terrible and every single thing they said they would do they didn't. I feel that I was lied to from day 1 by BHF just to get me off the phone and out of their ear. BHF do not transport your goods themselves, they use sub-contractors, once these sub-contractors are in possession of your goods BHF have no idea where they are or how long they will take to be delivered.

We used this company to send boxes of tools all were labeled and a lathe which was stripped down for easy handling and were told it was door to door delivery we are in NSW and it was being delivered to Cairns after a few weeks and several phone calls later our goods were found in Brisbane where they were dropped off to another company who backloaded from Brisbane to Townsville and then our brother had to drive from Cairns to Townsville to pick them up himself .
i would never recommend this company to anyone they do not deliver door to door they do not keep you informed of your cargo. We are very unhappy customers and would never recommend them to our family or friends big thumbs down .

Thank you so much for picking up our very fragile carved french bed from Broken Hill and delivering it to Sydney quickly, and with not a mark on even the packaging. Your delivery person took the bed right up to our daughter's flat, and then phoned me to tell me he had delivered it. WOW!

We were very impressed with both the price (VERY reasonable compared to others) and the delivery time. I had expected it to take much longer from such a far off town. You really can do 'anything from anywhere' and we sincerely thank you for your organisation, friendly service but most of all - efficiency.
