Quick simple no hassle bike insurance from start to finish less than five minutes and just with the right amount to cover for your bike and yourself and any third parties would recommend to anybody who wants to insure a bicycle

I have been trying to upload photo of bike and receipt for 4 dats now and all I get is a message saying oops something has went wrong , don’t worry our tech gus are on it

This worries me as if you can’t fix this problem quickly then what if I make claim how long will that take

No communication from them about their web site fail

I had issues with the setup of my account (my own fault) and they managed to resolve it really quickly for me; this was late at night too. I will definitely be recommending to my friends.

I was recommended this policy, by a friend, who has been very pleased with the service he has received over a number of years. He was also able to send me a discount code. Easy to use website and quick to sign up. I was particularly impressed with the level of the cover for the money. Most other companies charge for the extras. I feel very confident that I have chosen the right company to insure my e-bike with.

I am giving 5 stars mainly because of how easy it was to set up with a minimum of effort and a friendly approach. I have to add one caveat however in that up to press I have not had to make a claim and it is only in such an event that you can truly give an accurate rating. But so far so good...

They reply within a day, they pay accidents quickly, in cash in your bank account. I just only wish that the excess payment was a bit more transparent and clear. It' s worth the money as I got a chance to get a hire bike whilst waiting for my bike to be fixed after the accident.

- Insurance started on 22:55 on the day selected according to the insurance schedule. This wasn't mentioned anywhere until after payment.

- Wasn't clearly stated that the contract is for 12 months
