We purchased a very expensive kitchen island chair form this company. Once we put it together it did not work. It was supposed to be a swivel chair that DID NOT swivel. THe seat also did not stay on because it had to be screwed in from the bottom. but the screw were too short and did not hold the seat in place. So I put in for a return. It was shipped back to them but they claim it was used and damaged-WHICH NEITHER IS CORRECT!!!!! So now they will not refund me or return the non working chair. And I am out of nealy $300. A large company that make money hand over foot should not advantage of a consumer especially in these difficult times. I understand they too are feeling the crunch but I don't make in a year what they make in a day. So think before you purchase from BisenOffice.

Purchased a beautiful glass table from Bison Office (through Amazon) and a year later it spontaneous EXPLODED. I was in the room when it happened and all at once the table burst into a million tiny shards of glass. The max weight that was ever applied to it was a small stack of magazines. It took me 4 hours to clean up and over a month later I'm still finding glass in my living room (glass was found 13 feet from the table).

After 33 emails back and forth, and relentless phone calls, they finally agreed to a replacement and a $400 refund. I had to fight them at ever turn to compensate me for this nightmare of a scenario. They refused assembly so when the replacement arrived, the 198lb table was on a pallet and I had to try to get it inside my row home alone, while it was raining. I just opened it and it came with NO table legs, NO hardware, NO instructions. I already paid the $200 to have a junk truck pickup what was left of my last table so now I just have a tabletop sitting on the floor of my living room. In total, I would say this issue has cost me 15-20 hours of my time and it's still not over.

They do not deserve your business!

HORRIBLE customer service. They never figured out what happened with my product BUT still didn't want to ship another one NOR refund my money. Over a week of back and forth and trying to toss the issue under the rug.

I NEVER GET MY REFUND. They forced me on a "reship"

HORRIBLE experience that reflects the lack of attention, communication and professionalism. DONT shop here unless you want to go through hell.

i am out $1700 due to these crooks.. one item came severely damaged and we sent it back, the other item i canceled before it was shipped and they SENT it anyway, then i refused delivery and it was sent back! still have not got ONE PENNY of a refund from these thieves!! ive been calling this merchant, emailing, calling Walmart etc etc., and the only response i get is them saying they are "working on" a refund and will be charging me a return fee, and a restocking fee. FOR WHAT??? they send broken garbage and i have to pay for that?? plus they sent an item that i canceled and i have to pay for that too?? this business is nothing but fraud and theft. and beware if you buy from WALMART .com if they are allowing sellers like THIS to cheat people and rip them off!!

I received a dresser from this company. It was not manufactured correctly and therefore could not be assembled correctly. I have been conversing with their call center for over 2 weeks. They refuse to refund the defective product. Terrible product and terrible customer service. I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and annoyed. I feel that I have been scammed. *****WARNING - I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FROM WALMART.COM BUT IT ACTUALLY CAME FROM BISON***

Have been dealing with this company 3 weeks, trying to return their merchandise, purchased through AMAZON. Amazon Customer Service department opened the communication door, because they were not communicating until 48 hours after the order was made/cancelled. Amazon forced them to give a full refund, but the second box they RUSHED out to my business, attempting to state that the order was already processed and therefore, they would only accept the ELECTRIC FIREPLACE back with us paying for the shipping and restocking fees, which could have been avoided if they read the emails in a timely manner, because it was cancelled within an hour after the order was made, by us. You can never get anybody on the telephone, just answering machine. (This is weird for a company) Then they told us they would have FED EX pick up second box, with a label. Being a CEO, I tracked the label, which made a loop (excluding the package)? back to themselves. Begged Customer service rep in email to please send label attached to email, so I could place on box and have it picked up, but that was just a rouse, because it never came here..... Guess this is trying to make me hold on to the item so they can turn around and attempt to charge me again, because, I proved they were deleting dates and times from the emails I was sending to them. Oh well.... Don't use this company, as other web sites have poor customer service/return,etc of them.

I bought a supply of floor mats late 2017. Two of the mats started cracking within 6 months. Normally the mats last for years. I contacted BO customer service and advised them of the issue. First, they came back saying their guarantee is for 30 days, however I copied the description that stated the mats will not crack or break and pointed this out to customer service. Two weeks later I received the replacement mats at no charge. C.S. did a good job communicating and asked me to send pictures which I did. Very pleased with the service and will continue to buy from the company. RC

I ordered a clock for a Christmas gift through Walmart and Bison Office was the supplier. The order was placed 12/9 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/13-12/19. On 12/21 I was concerned enough to start making phone calls and when I got through to customer service rep they said they would have to send an email to their warehouse. 24 hours and 2 phone calls later I still have not heard from anyone and will be arriving empty handed to our Christmas gift exchange. I will never do business with this company again!

I ordered an Air Conditioner on Amazon and BisonOffice was the third party seller. They quoted a week and a half, give or take two days. So, a week goes by and there's no "shipped" indication. The first estimated day of arrival rolls around and I check. "Shipped" it say's, so I click on the "Track Package" button and a message comes up. "No tracking information provided. Please contact the seller.". Ah okay.. it's not late yet. Two more days go by..... nothing. The day after the latest estimated arrival date, still nothing, so I go to my Amazon orders and contact the seller. I write, "Please provide tracking number". That's all I write. Two more days go by and I get an e-mailed response. "I see that you've ordered on the Amazon site and I will escalate the matter to see what happened.". Crap, so it was never shipped. "Oh well", I think, "At least they're on it.". The next day, I get another e-mail from BisonOffice. This one say's, "I'm sorry, but we're out of stock on this item and we don't know when we'll be getting more. We're cancelling your order". WTF?! So, they lied about having the item. They lied about shipping the non-existent item. They removed the "Track Package" function to try and hide their deceit. Do yourself a favor and shelter friends and family from these ugly amateurs. I'd say recommend them to your enemies, but that might make them stay in business longer, so I'm torn.

I ordered a product thru Walmart from bisonoffice.
It arrived in a timely manner, but they sent me something different from what the picture showed in the listing (missing one of the 3 parts, that was in picture). After emailing Jack the "manager", over 8 times and pleading my case. He stated that company policy was I misordered or changed my mind and I could only return with a 20% restocking fee and I pay the return shipping.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I was actually going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau but once I saw their rating was already poor I decided not too.

I wish i would have read this forum before buying from this company on Amazon. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and caught it and messaged them asking them to change it and it HAD NOT shipped yet. I had just placed the order. The order was being shipped to my old house in CA and now i live in Denver, CO. There would be no one there to accept this package and no way for me to get it. I received a response saying "No i am sorry we cannot change it." I contacted Amazon, who i purchased this from and they said yes we can cancel this order and that they will contact the seller to do so. Amazon contacted Bisonoffice to cancel the order. Bisonoffice responded to me directly (not Amazon) and said that it is really difficult to cancel an order once it has been placed and that they will try. NOT what amazon just said they would do. I received an email an hour later saying your order has been shipped and i was charged. I contacted Amazon again and said that they shipped it. Amazon reached out to Bisonoffice again and told them to cancel the order and that i would be refunded. Bison responded to me again directly and said "sorry it was shipped." What kind of customer service is that?! Also, Amazon should drop them as customers.

I recently ordered hundreds of dollars of stationary and envelopes from BisonOffice. Out of 2500 sheets, 100 sheets of stationary were dented at the corner (possibly the fault of UPS). BisonOffice responded to my message immediately and within hours, they notified me a replacement was on the way. I've had so many frustrating experiences with online companies in the past, but these guys are different. They really do care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely buy from them again, and will recommend them to others.

I placed an order with Bison Office Furniture on May 20th, 2019 for $1800 worth of patio furniture. On May 30th, I received an email indicating that it had shipped. A few days ago I tried tracking it with the number that they provided (which by the way was the same number as my online order number) but it comes up invalid for that shipper. When I contacted Bison to obtain the correct tracking info, not only are they unable to supply the info, they don't even know where the furniture is or who the correct carrier is. I have opened a dispute with PayPal indicating that I want a full refund to my credit card. After initiating the dispute with PayPal, I received a call from Bison Customer Service asking if I would like to cancel the order and I said yes. I am still waiting to see this credit processed through PayPal. This is not a brick and mortar company and they do not have stocked warehouses or distributuion centers. It's strictly an eCommerce business and so as they receive online orders, they try to source it from other businesses. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more respectable and reputable retailer.

I ordered a replacement canopy for my gazebo through Bisonoffice.com. Unfortunately when I received the canopy it was not the correct one for my framework. After doing some research it was learned that Sun Joy made 2 different styles of canopies with the same exact item numbers. After contacting Bisonoffice.com and writing emails back and forth with a representative named Lucas, he found that they did not have the canopy I needed at their warehouse. I sent the item back for a refund minus the shipping cost which I had to pay. They were a great company to deal with, just make sure you know what item you need exactly when ordering.

I paid $750 for a bathroom vanity and it came smashed. Thay would not take it back and said they will discount it $200. Horrible horrible company. Beware, don't buy anything from these people
