We were their tenant for 2 years , after 2 years we have given notice for 3 months. At the end of 3 months we were going to handle the keys but their manager went on holiday and we had to wait another month and they charged us for that month too . Unit was unoccupied for 4 months.
Notice given on 07-06-2019 and they charged us till November. Its like 5 rents. Area manager and head office doesnt have any connection.
Our shutter stopped working and it took them 2 years to get it fixed.
We never had a chance to met them helpful and friendly staff.
In 2 years they changed 4 area managers and none of them take care of their responsibilities.

After the payment they made up excuses and didnt pay our deposit too.

So be very careful before signing any contract with them.

I would never ever rent from them again
Update: we havent received our deposit back

Lovely staff here in Northampton - always here to help...currently undergoing a refurbishment which is causing a few issues with tenants relating to heating loss etc.
Overall though a great place to be based with a friendly local business community!

I've been at Bizspace Northampton for circa 7 months now and i find the centre clean, tidy and just what i need! The staff are excellent, always polite, helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Very good value for money!

We have been at Northampton for nearly 2 years and are more than happy with the pleasant, helpful staff who receive our deliveries when we are not there

We have looked at other places, but none of them offer the services we get at Biz Space

During this crisis we have had a temporary site manager Kirstie McClelland
at Chorley Bizspace. Kirstie has been very very helpful. 5 Stars for Kirstie.

I attend the Biz Space - Design Works site Gateshead and can honestly say it’s a pleasure to be there once a week. I wanted to personally thank Gillian the receptionist for her hospitality as she is always so attentive and helps in anyway she can. Staff like that are true champions. Thank you Gillian.

Fantastic support from our centre manager Samantha Kane and BizSpace during lockdown. We have been at Design Works for 3 years this month and moving to Design Works has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made in 15 years of trading. I could not recommend Sam and BizSpace highly enough.

Recently moved in to BizSpace office in Nelson, and would like to thank Kirstie and her team for helping to make the move seamless. The office space and location is fantastic and would highly recommend - 5 stars all round!!

We have been based at the New Addington Business Centre now for two years and have no issues
A recent edition to the build is an on site maintenance manager Micheal Rowe ,this has been good and his respect for us all and the build its self is most welcome

wow I've only just seen this reply as I left Bizspace, Fieldhouse Road, Rochdale in March 2019. I would love to know who has spoken to Bizspace on my behalf because I have no contact with anyone. The unit was emptied completely and returned in BETTER condition than I received it. However I have written this off as a bad experience and have also written off the 2 months deposit, so don't bother with the reply that someone is dealing with this. BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT AND HAVE NOT TO DATE ! TOTAL LIES TO PACIFY ANYONE ELSE WHO READS THE REVIEWS.

Sam our Biz Space manager has always been very attentive, when we first came to view the office Sam was friendly and approachable. Sam knew the answer to every question we asked and we were that impressed with the management of the centre and the office space itself we signed a lease in the few days after we viewed.
Not long following the start of our time at Biz Space we have ended up in this pandemic we are currently facing. As a Healthcare provider we are key workers and unable to work from home. Sam has ensured that the safety of everyone in the centre has been paramount, regularly checking up on us and making sure the place still runs seamlessly. The Centre is always spotless and staff are always very friendly.

We have worked out of Design Works for 9 years and have always been happy with amenities and communication from staff. During COVID19 lockdown Sam has gone above and beyond to help and answer questions during which has been a very stressful time for ourselves and many other businesses in Design Works. Thank you

Due to the current circumstances I expect things to change but with well organised planning from Samantha the designworks has still managed to run Safely and professionally.
A bit of adjustment on my behalf and business is still running.

Notts LGBT+ Network moved to Bizspace 4 weeks ago. We are absolutely delighted with our new office, the communal areas and the building overall. It’s fresh, modern, bright and airy; such a lovely space to work in. Michael, the centre manager has gone above snd beyond to help our move go smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble and we’re thrilled to have found such a lovely working environment with excellent facilities for our registered charity.

This site has improved considerably over the last year and is a lovely environment in which to work - thank you Gordon and team (especially Jackie!).

Having rented a unit at The Pentagon Centre in Glasgow for over ten years, we find the facilities to be first class. The building is clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly.
The management team always strive to increase the level of service available and are at present in the process of installing fibre optic broadband. The location of the building is very central and we would highly recommend it.

I rent an office at the Pentagon centre in Glasgow, I have done so now for 4 years, never had one significant issue in the whole time I've been here. Really helpful employees and modern facilities.

Really friendly team looking after the building, made us feel very welcome from day 1. The building is clean, well maintained and secure. I especially like the organised events such as the Halloween & Christmas door competitions, it's a really nice touch. Thanks guys!
