I would like to thank you to 2 gentle man did the service for moving our stuffs to our new place on Tuesday, April 3rd 2018. They did the great job. Very responsible carefully on their duty and completed the job right time. You can count on them due to their characters. I will ask them to do this service again as I need.

Movers were 2 hours late which caused us not to be able to close on our house and left us homeless for 3 days. They did come out and move the contents into our house for free once we got the keys but they should have since it was their fault in the first place. The guys who moved our stuff were very professional and took good care of our items.

I have moved around a lot and can honestly say this has been the best local move experience that I have had in the past 30 years. The movers actually showed up earlier than expected but gave good notification of that. The earlier start time was to my benefit too.

Overall, every contact point, from sales to labor, was great! I can't recommend Black Tie more - everything was perfect!

Braxton, Kyle, and Reggie, the leader, were AMAZING. We have two small children and a dog, in which they were extremely considerate. They worked really fast, careful, and thoroughly. I am EXTREMELY impressed and pleased. Thank you gentlemen.

Black tie moved one of my clients at the last minute. They were great! Showed up on time, and even helped out a little after their contracted time was done.

Only 1 of the 3 movers sent to help where any good they damaged my things and 1 of them when confronted about it argued that he was not damaging the items on purpose but it was of the surrounding area that they had to come into. Another damaged a new item of mine and didn't say anything just hid the damage and I didn't notice until after they left. They take forever (3-4 days) to respond to claims all and all if you live in any of the surrounding areas of Dallas try to find another company to move you this one is not the best in my opinion.

I have used Black Tie Moving for three office moves and two home moves in the past 4 years. I will never call anyone else to move our belongings.
The personnel from Black Tie are always truly nice people, and take such extra care with our furniture and breakables. We have never had a scratch or a break of anything! We love this company and recommend it to others frequently!
