Have been waiting over a month for a resolution. One of the pictures I bought is defective and I am yet to get a response on how this is going to be resolved. Not only is this disappointing, I also paid for a proof to be done. The customer service is also extremely poor as no responses via email once purchase is made. Won't be buying again and now need to take this to Fair Trading.

First time buying from this company for 2 wedding frames for anniversary. Great quality frames and print out, definitely worth the price but the service and personal attention I got was truly outstanding! Thanks again!

I didn't know whether to order this for a 5 year wedding anniversary as with the frame was quite expensive; however after order, receiving the acknowledgement just a few hours after my order and receiving the proof (was only £1) the next morning! Great service indeed! The frame was something special and can definitely tell it is excellent quality and the print was perfect. Couldn't fault this company at all and I am usually a very very picky person. Will for sure use Blim & Blum again

If I could leave a 0 star score I would! I trusted this company and thought they were going to deliver on a very special day for me which was my first wedding anniversary...... WELL WASN'T I WRONG!!! Firstly, I contacted a man by the name of Tom, via the sites messenger service. Who was able to tell me what I wanted to hear in regards to postage, delivery times ect, BEFORE I ORDERED!!! It's a special occasion, so I wanted to make sure how clear I was in regarding the delivery times and he reassured me that this would be ok. See the below screenshots. So here I am today on my anniversary, with no package, no nothing. No response from Tom who was the one that guaranteed me my husband's first anniversary present would arrive on time. So now Obviously when they know they've stuffed up they shut up shop and don't reply. The thing you must know about this company is they are based in Australia but all of their products come from overseas aka America. So please don't be fooled into thinking that you're ordering for a company and supporting local Australia! Because they are not located locally they are abroad. It would have been nice, if you gave me the heads-up first after I asked you all these necessary questions? I was told to pay for Premium Express tracking postage and which I did. Why did I do that what was the reason for it my item is still sitting in New South Wales, FedEx told me that they contacted you to tell you they were delays and my parcel packaging, why didn't you pass this on? All I can say is my heart is broken, my husband will be home with me hour and now I have no wedding anniversary gift to give him. Thanks for that, I hope you sleep well tonight! I've attached all the relevant correspondence for you so you know that I'm not telling any stories. You can all make up your own mind, all I can say is be very very careful of this company. They're very more than likely to let you down!!! And I still haven't had a reply....

PERFECT! Purchased as a last minute anniversary gift. Was a bit worried with how it would turn out. Even more worried when the dispatch notification said it was being sent from the UK. But, it turned out PERFECT and arrived within a week from the UK to Australia. Amazing in this world of covid crisis! Very pleased and will buy from them again

Blim & Blum are an awesome company. When I ordered the print within an hour or less I received the proof to check out. Once approved it that day it shipped. I didn't realize it was coming from the UK, but delivery was spot on. I received it days before it was slated to come. It was an anniversary gift for my wife and she loved it. I highly recommend them

The perfect gift - 100% recommend!!!! I ordered my gift very close to the date I needed it for delivery and said it would be arriving a couple of days later. However, it arrived 5 days earlier than expected. So so impressed with the quality and service of this company, most definitely will be coming back for gifts again after seeing how many lovely pieces they have.

Great product for a very special occasion. It was our first anniversary and had to get something meaningful. It was a little more than I thought I would pay but was not disappointed at all so beautifully made and worth every penny. Very happy indeed

Ordered a Christmas gift for my partner several weeks prior to Christmas, and are now in August of the following year and haven’t received the item. I have sent many emails to follow up on the status of my order, each time being assured that it was on the way. My last email was requesting a refund as I had lost all hope in receiving my item, and I am also yet to see the refund in my account. My partner had no gift on Christmas morning and I have now paid for something which was never received. Extremely disappointed in this company

Late for getting a present for anniversary as usual and was looking for a gift I can get next day. Came across these guys and luckily they had a quick delivery option ordered in the morning and got next day. Really nice present and wife happy so that's the main thing!

I wish I could upload a photo of the poor quality or even a screen shot,that's what they sent as a proof for a replacement first dance lyrics, that would confirm that the text is not legible. Keep away from this company

Ordered a “first dance” print for my daughter and son in laws first wedding anniversary - all seemed good and I emailed the company to ask if they could add a personalised message, they seemed very helpful ! However when my daughter opened the gift,the font used was so small it was illegible. I contacted the company to advise it needed doing in possibly a larger font and extending the margins but was (eventually) told it wasn’t possible to do that and nothing could be done and no refund either !! £24 spent and we are all VERY angry and disappointed and the company couldn’t care less !!

I made an order and the ink had smudged on one of the words. I have emailed twice and had both emails ignored. Then went on the website for a live chat and was asked how I can help then once again I was totally ignored after waiting over ten minutes for a response. Very poor service would not recommend using at all

Bought the personalised Anniversary print with proof, they took my money and 8 days later have heard nothing from them at all.. They haven’t even bothered to respond to my email follow ups! Covid or not... Don’t take the money if you cannot supply the service! This amounts to fraud! Based on experience so far and no hope of getting it in time for the anniversary.... I’d give them a big miss!
