Terrible customer service. I purchased a blind from them, blind arrived damaged (completely bent in the middle with packaging clearly ripped) and left outside my property without notifying me. I have contacted the customer service and they've ignored my three emails to them and won't answer the phone. I've had to contact my payment provider to request a refund as this company is not interested in resolving the issue.

The replacement blind I received from them after 15 days from the original blind also was damaged and would not go up and down to open and close the blind. Again, no response from customer service.

Clearly there are no quality checks on the blinds sent. Really disappointing and still awaiting a refund for the faulty blinds!

Not happy as no contact regarding delivery of the blinds ordered 1 week ago!!

I ordered two samples from Blinds Hur which did arrive wet quickly. However one of the samples I requested and which is the material I really wanted for my blinds was out of stock.
I emailed them just to see if this was a temporary measure and if they will have anymore in stock so I can place my order.
As of giving this feedback I am still awaiting a reply . This has been over three days.
I appreciate they may be very busy due to not having peoplel taking phone calls but I'm current ly waiting to place and order.

3 weeks before you received your order is unforgivable. Im expecting 3 to 4 days delivery as they sid when i ordered this. I should use a different website where they will tell you that delivery time is 2 weeks
