I had emailed with a customer service Rep who was amazing and very attentive. I told him the measurements of my windows (big tall windows) because I was worried I wouldn't be able to reach them and he said there isn't a pole that's made by the brand of blinds I bought but that he could add one to my order manually. We ordered and paid more for top down bottom up cordless. Fast forward. Blinds were installed (crappy install directions) and the pole I got doesn't even work with the clips They supplied me with. Meaning, the big windows are a complete pain in the ass and I'll never be able to use the top down bottom up cordless option on any of my blinds. I've called and left messages and no one has called me back. I've emailed early on and the last lady I talked to said for me to send her a pic of my pole and the clips they supplied me with and that she would come up with a solution. NOTHING I've emailed her back like she wanted me to a couple times and NOTHING. The online chat is even full and now they don't email WTF!! They say you have a 30 day satisfaction window and I feel like they are dragging their feet. I will not let this go. I'm to the point where I want a full refund. Very disappointed after my mother in-law had a great experience (precovid) with this company

Believe it or not, design consultant, Theresa Jordan, at Blinds.com was able to find my 5 year old order for top/down bottom/up cellular shades and order a replacement for one that had broken. This was critical to me as the shade was one of 4 in a kitchen bay window in a house that will soon be on the market! What is even more amazing is the first consultant I spoke to said the shades I had purchases were no longer available and sent some samples of my replacement options. When I called back and got Theresa, I explained how important it was to match the existing shades and how the samples fell so short of that, her response was, let me get back to you on that, I may be able to get that shade for you. She called back a few days later and Voila! My original order will be duplicated! What a great design consultant Theresa Jordan is! Thank you Theresa!

Web site is great. Order is easy with no nonsense links. Clear instructions. The packing of these 5 foot blinds was fantastic! Arrived safe and sound and right on the date issued after order. Value and price is exceptional!

I ordered my blinds May 4th, 2020. I go and look to see if I have any e-mails from them... yes just one stating that my blinds are being made.... it's June 22 and I yet to receive my blinds. Took my money yet can't get ahold of anyone to why my blinds aren't here. I'm going to Home Depot next time least I know what I'm getting there.

I got great service, products just as ordered, no damage and friendly follow up. One blind package was missing valence clips and after a short tel call I received the missing parts in a few days. Will order from these folks again when needed.

These blinds(all 3) were perfectly cut and compiled with expertise. They are hanging in our living room and look awesome. The time frame between order and receipt was excellent. Could be more pleased, will definately be ordering more as we replace our old blinds.

I got a confirmation that my blinds were being made may 9. It's now june 17. Worst part is, they wont take emails, and they dont call back when you hold your place in line on the call. Just called, said they were closed. About 2 hours early, and 4 hours after they "held" my place in line. They had no problem taking my money, but cut labor for covid, destroying any hope for customer service and made the delivery times ridiculous. The only reason I gave them 2 stars, is because the last order went fine. I ordered 3 blinds. 3, and nothing fancy with them.

Bought blinds for the kitchen. Wood cordless. We all love the look of them. One blind developed a problem, Blinds apologized and promptly sent replacement without hassles or delay. Will for sure shop here again.

Ordered on 9 May and have a shipping date of June 17 it is now July 15 and we cannot get through customer service. We are having the same terrible experience with this company and feel that we have just lost our money. We are at a complete loss and would like to see if any one else has been able to have their monies returned.

he worst company to buy from We ordered blindes in April and still waiting for them. Its mid June now. At that time they promised to ship them in mid May. Customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced, whenever we called - if - we get a hold if them and they say completely different dates and by now its obvious its just BS they make up. 10 times we got 10 different dates, and product never makes it here.

Bought some blinds for my back door but sadly they dont roll up efficiently, always goes to one side and now the borders are broken. I wanted to return them but a couple of agents including [email protected] are not answering emails anymore.

My experience is still ongoing. I placed an order on May 26 2020 and was to ship June 15. Today is July 9 2020 and still no blinds and can not get an answer from anyone when they will ship. The first issue is you must leave your number and they call you back. When they call you back they tell you they need to transfer you to that dept. Then you sit for 10, 15, and 20 min with no one picking up. I do not have a clue about their product but i can tell you their service is awful Perry C

OMG I ordered for the first time and paid $500 for 2 blinds and received them after 3 weeks and they are so cheap looking and NOTHING like the web site. I called and I get a message do to the Covid-19 they are limited and it would be an hour hold time. I have no way to leave a message or email. I will never purchase from them again. You would be better off going to lowes or home depot. This price for this cheap crap is unbelievable! And I can't get in touch with anyone to. And yes, NO REFUNDS!!!!

The design of the blinds were very good BUT I received two set that had been returned. I ordered blinds for a 48 inch window and the adjustment strings were only 12 inches long. They would have received a 4-5 star rating IF they had replaced the strings with the proper length. I will never order from them again and I will demonstrate the unique feature of these blinds to all our visitors,

Very difficult to contact customer service. When contact is made, agent hangs up before any resolution is made. Very hard to understand agent due to language issues. Cannot contact CS via email at all. Problems still not resolved after weeks of trying.

Got an email the next day saying "your window treatment order is now in production". Estimated ship date of June 05. Hey - great!

Then comes an email on 06/02 saying that they would now ship 08/04. That's 2 MONTHS from now. Summer will be half over by then. Can't cancel the order due to the "24 hour policy" because "production typically starts the morning after the order is placed, cancellations and changes can only be made for a period of 24 calendar hours after your online order is finalized."

So, first I'm told that production had started. Then I'm told. "Yeah, about that... Not really"

If construction had really already started on the blinds do you think it would take two months to get them done when the initial estimate was 10 days? I think not. This order will likely be sitting in a queue with nothing started on it for a month and a half.

I'm sure at this point the only thing that ever "starts the morning after the order is placed" is the creation of that "day after" email, well before they know from the plant what is actually going on. It's a misleading emailing practice at best.

I realize supply chains and such are frazzled rigth now, but just STOP with that day after bogus email and be up front.Might make customers more likely to come back in the future.

We have now bought five rooms of blinds and they are all great. The fit is perfect and when they were off they were replaced no issues or problems. Great customer service

Wayne and his partner were awesome, friendly and efficient. They knew their work very well. Ordering the blinds was also very easy on blinds.com. The measurements were accurate. No complains so far even after 4 months.
