I cant Rate BlindsUK at the moment as I have been trying to contact them for two weeks regarding my order. the Blinds arrived but were the wrong size , I asked for Width 120mm by 2meters in length what we got was a Blind 2meters wide and 120mm drop.no good to man nor beast . please contact me . thank you

We ordered blackout blinds as the daylight kept waking us up early on our day off, so now its much better, fitted perfectly, delivered in time, well packaged, i would definately buy from here again and would recommend to my family and friends, with the discount i recieved they worked out reasonably cheap too.

I was nervous buying blinds online but have to say I'm very pleased, I've purchased a roller blind, drop blind and 3 Venetian blinds from Blinds UK and have to say I will buy more when needed.

Ordered 3 blinds, 1 of which didn't have the cord connected to raise/lower the blind. You can't easily phone Blinds UK, everything has to be via email and with photographic evidence! I eventually spoke to a person and was told that the faulty blind would be collected yesterday..... still waiting. I have sent an email which has been ignored - am now going to take it up with Paypal. DREADFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I would rather stick pins in my eyes than use this company again.

my first blind was slighly damaged but as it was at the back it was not noticeable i did let you know but i never received any reply from you ,,itook that ,as you weren't interested my second blind was perfect

Took 10 days from ordering to delivery. Well worth the wait, however, as the quality of the product is good.

Blinds came without instructions and it took me over twenty four hours to make telephone contact as lines were so busy. Very helpful when I did get a reply

I bought blinds with extra charged next day delivery option on Sunday.
Blinds were delivered on Friday late afternoon.
They are different from those which I have seen on website.
Will not recommend.

Ordered two French Oak Privacy Venetian blinds on the Monday from this company. They were the cheapest I could find this type of blind online. (Am always worried about products being cheaper incase the product won't be as good/company is unreliable etc) Website said 7-10 working days wait. Was surprised to receive an email Friday morning of the same week to say they were due to be delivered that day. They arrived Friday afternoon

I have purchased several of your blinds in the last few years and have always been pleased with the quality and service. The vertical wooden blinds are especially nice and very practical.

Blinds UK was very good service, I have had two blinds made, the first one was damaged in transit, but they replaced it no quibble, so I ordered another one for another room, both were great.

I've been using Blinds UK for over ten years and the products are excellent. Blinds I put up 11 years ago are still in perfect working order. The real wood finish is warm and compliments a room. The measurements you need are clearly defined and easy to use on the website. Packaging is secure and you are provided with all the fixtures you need, but be aware wall plugs / screws etc are not included. Great product and arrives quickly.
