My order of Munstead lavender was originally posted by Royal Mail so it was mostly yellow when it arrived after 5 days in very hot temperatures. I called and received a replacement batch of plugs at no charge which was very good however I did not receive munstead but mixed lavender. I would have called again but have been so busy. Munstead has a low growing habit and I specifically wanted this for my garden but now the original plugs are mostly dead and the mixed lavendar I have is an unknown quantity. I do not think i will be using Blooming Direct again.

Worst company I have ever bought from I bought 2x Acer for 19.99 and only received 1.There was a slight glitch which was sorted and upon rectifying they still never forwarded the second Acer. Left me feeling cheated. However I then found another supplier and got my Acer 3L 3.99 in better condition. Now I can complete my project.

I have now purchased three plants/tree from this company and the service was excellent. Received within 7 days and all items were in very good condition, delivery driver left at place specified. Would highly recommend this company.

The plants arrived within 24 hours of being despatched. the packaging was wonderful.
I've ordered plug plants on other occasions and they arrive in perfect conditions but I have never before ordered a living growing hanging basket. I did wonder when I ordered it how it would be packed but I needed not have worried it arrived in perfect condition as it was expertly packed.

Only received two of three items ordered and not mentioned at all in the delivery. Refused to repay pro rata for missing item. Cosequently cost per item 30 per cent more. Would not have bought if that had been the case. I primarily wanted the missing item.( a patio cherry tree)

The service I received was excellent although the first order has never arrived and am still awaiting the second one...but this is the fault of Yodel, their courier!

Service was excellent but unfortunately the delivery service left them in a shed and we didn’t discover them for two weeks. Needless to say they are looking quite poorly!

I ordered the 6 tree mini orchard, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the trees were more substantial than expected and looked healthy.
I needed to add a couple of tree planting kits after I placed the initial order, customer service team couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.
I had a couple of planting queries after delivery and the after sales help/care was equally as good.

Had a packing issue with the first delivery resulting in one of the plants being crushed - contacted customer services and they supplied another better plant FOC - well done

It took 4 weeks to get the order and the plants were not good quality. They look the worse for wear. Through out a third of them. Wouldn’t buy there again

The Loropetalum EverRed was not packed well or put in the right size box for transit and four branches were broken and they would have bloomed so I've lost four blooms. I have wanted a witch hazel for a long time and I am disappointed. On sending two photos complaining they said I had a good size plant which looked robust.

I ordered a packet of 'High Scent' sweet peas, none of which germinated from the first sowing last September. I tried again (from the same packet) in January, & they didn't germinate either. They agreed to replace the seed, but I received another variety 'Super Scent', which is not what I wanted & is infuriating.
