Emergency First Aid for work and family.Very informative course. Easy to use.Only criticism after the last module there was nothing to tell you that the course was finished so I had to phone to confirm.

False Advertising.
I purchased a course named Veterinary Care Practitioner. However, the course I received was veterinary care assistant. Perhaps they mean the same thing in the UK but in southern Africa, those are two very seperate positions in a veterinary clinic. When I requested a different course or a refund, the person I dealt with told me the course I received was what I purchased and that the modules were all labeled to prevent "confusion". The labels of the modules could very well be for either course with a more involved lesson in the modules for the practitioner course. When I pointed this out at complained to read.uk I was told it was too late because the course had been sent to my account. Despite the fact that I couldn't have known they had advertised a lowly assistant course as something else until I had the course and saw the actual name for the course, they have been completely unwilling to assist. I would have happily taken a different course.
Stay away. They are rude, unprofessional and incredibly dishonest in their advertisements. Never again for me. Even with the money wasted on this course, I have no intention of even opening this course, after the response I have received it's not an institution I want anything to do with.
