I booked for my carpets to be cleaned giving them 3 weeks notice of the date for the clean. After not hearing from them in the week prior to my appointment I called them. My first 3 calls weren't answered. When I finally got through they notified me that my booking had been cancelled because "a more urgent job" had come up.

They did the worst job but because I didn’t complain within 48 hrs, they won’t do it again. So now my realestate is taking money from my bond. They also were late, it was a hassle to pay and my house smelt afterwards

I booked these guys in Brisbane, and I did not read any of the bad reviews beforehand and I am shocked about what people have said because I was happy with their service! I do not think he cleaned the back of my couch though because it did not feel wet afterwards. I have attached photos of the before and after.

I booked my carpet in for cleaning today and was told via email i would get a call 1 day before to book the time in which i didnt get. I tried calling the number that i received a text from with my booking the number was disconnected. I waited all day sent emails got 1 response saying they are busy today can they come Friday or Saturday. I said no i had my house all ready today. I had no response and they never turned up!!

Do yourself a favor and dont waist your money and time i could go on forever about why you shouldn't use these amateurs, basically missed about 30 percent of the mass of carpet which was ment to be cleaned and basically just wet the carpet didn't even remove minor stains, the equipment the fellas from India used was leaking and old!

Stains where previously there were none - looks like they pushed the sludge from one spot to another. I had to get another carpet cleaner to clean the carpet again. Needless to say I have not heard from Blue Sky since I complained. You can see the stains on the attached photo left after the Blue Sky Clean. The second cleaner removed it all.

I have just received a phone call requesting I change a booking I made well in advance for tomorrow morning, until Wednesday. I needed this clean tomorrow as I had moved my entire week around due to a rental inspection. No time to engage alternative cleaners. Disgusting business ethics. Really unhappy!

Two guys came on time and with a carpet cleaner then simply left the couch wet and still smelling. Called back four times as each time they said they’d call me back. Then refused to reckless the couch that was still dirty. Don’t waste your money

Came to clean my lounge, within ten minutes was done. The lounge looked same as before, nothing was done to it tried to tell staff that it’s not cleaned and they said nothing they can do about it. Worst service ever, never use it.

The cleaners put too much water on rugs and all 3 rugs now stink!! As they were saturated and couldn’t dry quick enough, they started to smell!! We had fans going and tried to hang over furniture. I Called them to fix, two missed appointments later and no further communication. Very disappointed!! We’ll have to pay to get redone!

We were looking for mattress cleaning and saw an ad on their website advertising $90 for 3. Phoned up and confirmed and booked for 7am 3 days later. On the day they were a no show, then we realised they’d sent a text the night before once we’d gone to bed, asking to confirm the size of the mattresses. Called them to ask what the problem was, they said there’s no way they can do 3 mattresses for $90 as it makes it an unaffordable job for them. Very broken English by the phone operator made it difficult to communicate, so didn’t bother trying to negotiate or resolve, just told them not to worry about it and decided to use another company.

Wish I had checked here before I forked out $120 for absolutely nothing.... spent 15mins doing the worst cleaning job - I've done better myself with the supermarket cleaner. he rushed it so much it was more like running a steam mop over.

Should have known when the cleaner arrived and tried to say that the price was now $170 then claimed there was a $20 charge for the fact there was a staircase @_@ don't use. When I tried to call and query - I was told that's ridiculous we've never had a complaint before - I left a teenage son in charge to supervise the cleaning - epic mistake as I would have never paid otherwise! ... THE WORST DON'T USE EVER!

This is what you can expect to get for your money.... 2 obese foreign descent with an out of date cleaning machine with a weak bladder falling out of a car that’s seen better days. They will each be carrying an old filthy rag that will apparently soak up all the water that they intend to soak your furniture with. Please watch as one does the work while the other persistently tries to familiarise himself with other rooms in your home that are not relevant.
You may also need to remind them that furniture is 3 dimensional and all sides need cleaning.
Then when they drag their old machine wet and leaking through your house you can spend the rest of your day cleaning and boosting your electricity bill trying to dry your sodden furniture out. When it does dry you’ll notice how dirty you furniture still looks.
When you’re truly annoyed and decide you want your money back be warned... you will cop a barrage of abuse and they’ll offer to come back. This adheres to the guidelines, them offering to return. Would you truly want them back? Of course not! So hence there will be no refund. Don’t even bother with consumer affairs: tits on a bull are more effective.

I booked my carpets to be cleaned for 2pm on my move out day. I asked repeatedly for them to confirm the time, which they refused to do and assured me it would be fine. The day before, I was told they would be coming at 9am. This would not work for me as my movers were coming at 9am. They then accused me of not answering my phone to confirm the time, which is a complete lie as I spoke to them every time they rang and told them why 9am would not work. Bunch of unprofessional cowboys.

I have just had a 2 seater lounge and a rug, which were both filthy, cleaned by Blue Sky Carpet Cleaning, Adelaide. Incredible results. Extremely happy. Highly recommend these guys.

I had my carpets cleaned by Blue Sky recently and not one single mark from my carpet came off. It was a complete and utter waste of time and money. My carpets look the same as before. I just dropped my money down the toilet. They must put water in their pre treatment spray bottle. You've been warned get somebody else. Don't use them!!!!!

Booked to have my carpets cleaned a few day before , had a message the day before telling me what time they will arrive.
I booked the afternoon off work for them to then message me saying they couldn't make it due to the driver having an accident on the way and had to cancel for another day.
I was really annoyed as I'd taken the afternoon off and furniture had been moved ready.
Heard they do this alot after reading all the other bad reviews.
Stay away from this company as it's very un-reliable, very poor customer service.
Not worth my money.

The first time I used this company I was very impressed with the affordability and how my 8 year old couch looked brand new. So 12 months later I booked another clean for the same couch. This time they only cleaned the top parts of the cushions. I emailed and sent photos and the reply was that the "team has returned to fix". No they haven't. Radio silence since. Unprofessional! Do not recommend at all.

Very disappointed with the job of cleaning my 3 rooms and 2 seater lounge. The machine they used was leaking water everywhere and seemed ancient and in poor condition. All they seemed to do was wet the carpet.. I don't even think there was any steam involved, only water. They only used 1 bucket of water for the entire job and didn't get many marks out at all. They were only at my house for 30 minutes and that included set up and pack up. I didn't expect a perfect job but that was ridiculous and immorral taking money for that. I was so upset I went to buy stain remover from the supermarket as I didn't believe the stains wouldn't come out, sure enough as soon as I wiped it over with a rag they disappeared and I managed to get rid of all the marks. I can't believe their stain remover was not capable of doing this. I just think they couldn't be bothered spending the time. I also think the receptionist and people dealing with the complaint were difficult to deal with as they struggled communicating in English.
Please don't waste your money people !

I wish I had read all of these reviews before booking Blue Sky Carpet Cleaning in Brisbane. They turned up to the job in a bombed out old dirty van with no business name on the side and P plates. They didn’t introduce themselves by name, just the cleaners. I gave specific instructions about the job but my unit was left dirtier than it was to begin with, with water sprayed all over my floor boards in puddles, dirt walked in on their wet boots, extremely lazy removal of water from furniture and mattress, cat hair not removed from furniture, they didn’t want to do the carpet under the beds, used an old machine with no steam just water, no carpet deodoriser and no receipt provided on a cash payment. They didn’t like me asking questions and asking them to redo parts of the carpet that I was unhappy with. The company has no office address on the website and, on asking for an emailed receipt, I was told it would be emailed twice, but it wasn’t sent until I requested it a third time. When I complained about the service in a call the following day, I was told that I would get a call back in regards to how things could be rectified. They didn’t call so I followed it up and they said that they could send the cleaners again. I said that there is no way I wanted them back in my unit as it took several hours to clean up their mess. I requested a refund and was told that it was being forwarded to their IT team. After a number of days being passed around to different people on the phone, and being given the run-around, I was told that their business has no refund policy. Now they want photographic evidence of the work that I was unsatisfied with. These are the worse people I have ever dealt with and should NOT be in business.
