Ordered Dell branded Windows 7 Pro. Received product on July 29 2010. I opened the evelope marked with a Windows 7 sticker and then realized the disc inside was Windows XP Pro. I sent a return request to on July 30. I have not had a response to the return, to e-mail sent to, nor a message left on their answering machine. You can not talk to a person apparently. I have been ripped off. Never will bother with this company again.

Ordered Win 7 for under $70. Arrived in less than a week. It was advertised as a Dell system restore version but could be used as new install on any computer. Package that arrived was actually marked for Lenovo, no problem. Installed without a hitch except it couldn't find my mobo's ethernet controller (Realtek RTL8105E). Apparently Lenovo uses a different controller, and the driver was not included on the CD for the Realtek. Anyway, all I had to do was find the Realtek driver on the Internet and install it separately.

I'd definitely purchase from them again. No hassle, no problem. Thanks, Bmem folks.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
