BEWARE RETURNS. I purchased 2 jackets for my daughter but the sizing wasn't quite right. I returned them (at a cost of $30) and received confirmation they were received on December 6th. It is now December 21st and I have written to them 5 times only to receive a "canned" response that my $1,000 refund will be issued in 3 - 5 business days. This is not acceptable. I honestly don't know what to do to get my money back.

Bonjour,
J'ai commandé un veste bodaskins le 8 août 2021 pour la France. J'ai reçu un mail de FedEx pour payé le frais d'importation de 184euros c'est vachement cher !!! J'avais déjà acheté une veste chez eux en 2018 qui m'avait rien coûter en frais d'importation. Si c'est comme ça je n'achèterai plus chez eux. Attention car le coût des frais d'importation n'est pas donner sur leur site mais parcontre c'est offert pour les États-Unis et le Canada. Nous qui habitants en Europe ils nous prend des pigeon non merci!!!.

This one is the second jacket I got from boda and again there is nothing wrong I can say about it. Top work, you can feel the quality just by looking at it. Looking forward to get more of these cool pieces of art. Keep it up guys!

Boda Skins has been leading the game for years now, and their leather jackets are both cutting edge and classic. I own 3 now, and even though I still get compliments all the time, it's Boda Skin's service mentality that impresses me. Lucy and the team go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase; even when one of my purchases and orders didn't go perfectly, she was so kind and so professional to make sure I'm happy.

After wanting a Boda for a while, i ordered my first item (kay michaels winter jacket) directly through Nathan, it arrived the very next day after sending payment. The packaging alone is impressive. Personalised bubble packaging, with the item inside its own Boda Skins cloth zip bag, which has come in handy since. Item comes with all care instructions etc. The quality of the jacket itself is unreal, leather is so soft. Its beautifully lined and the shearling trim is lovely. The gun metal hardware finishes the jacket off perfectly. Literally cant fault it. I recently got one of the summer silk scarfs, i didnt expect that to come in the same way the jacket did, but it did. Came in its own little zip bag with a personal handwritten note from the team. And the quality of the scarf is of the same standard as the jacket. Fast delivery, high quality products and friendly team. Will be ordering again in the future. Thanks Boda!!

We purchased our first Boda’s over two years ago and have very recently added three more jackets, a Cosmic Puffer jacket and a number of accessories to our collection! The quality and workmanship is far superior to any other leather jackets we have seen and this is backed up by an outstanding Customer Care Team. Lily has been exceptional and has responded to our enquiries extremely quickly. Her attention to detail and personal touch has made us feel a part of the Boda family. A few weeks ago I ordered a Bodaskins Kay Michaels to Germany. The shipping was really quick (just 3 days) and the personalized packaging with my name printed on the top was quite nice too.
The content of the packaging was my leatherjacket, a little bodaskins backpack (for free) and a handwritten card. The leatherjacket is at the top of quality! They use the best material and it‘s all handmade.
My first impression was that she‘s a bit tight around my shoulders, but after a while the material will naturally relax and adapts to my body! I don‘t regret the purchase.

First time customer here and will more than likely be a continuing one. Purchased the Kay Michael's Jacket and I cannot say enough how much I love this jacket. It fits my body perfectly like a glove and it smells amazing. I've tried on so many jackets and none came close to the detail and quality as Boda's. I'm not gonna lie, once you put it on, it feels like it's part of you and I'm always tempted to wear it all the time. Go get your Boda Jacket. You won't be disappointed.

Aside from their jackets, their customer service is phenomenal. I originally bought a much smaller size thinking it was the best for me, obviously it was too tight, and Lily helped me out with the measurements with no problem. Received the right size a week later and I couldn't be more than happy. Lily went far and beyond to also send me an engraved tagged when I requested for one bc me being lost in the moment forgot to add it with the purchase. This team is the real deal.

This is technically my 3rd time ordering from Boda, and for good reason. This company is the only one I want to buy my jackets from.

This time around, I ordered the Kay Michaels Winter Shearling and I was not disappointed. The quality of these jackets is phenomenal and really speaks to the dedication to their product as a company. It’s like wearing your best cologne - You get noticed and you get all the compliments. If you ever think about buying one - just do it. These jackets sell out for a reason.

As for the customer service team, I have no words. Just truly remarkable and the reason so many customers like me keep coming back. I work for a similar E-commerce company in Canada, so I know first hand the difficulty of not only striving to provide excellent customer service but to go above and beyond to make customers return. That’s exactly what they do here. Very happy with my jacket and proud of where it comes from. Can’t wait until I order jacket #4

I have wanted one of these jackets for longer than I can remember and now I have one I am not disappointed! ???? I’m amazed at the quality and fit! It feels like it was tailor-made for me exactly. I LOVE my boda jacket and would highly recommend anyone to get one!!!

I have been a member of the Boda Skins Family for a few years now and have experienced a lot with my leather jacket. Now it is time to share this with you.

I still remember the night when I ordered the jacket. Jessica was the name of the employee who helped me to choose the right size and jacket via chat until late at night (greetings to Jessica!). You have to understand, I was very young at that time and such a purchase was a big thing for me. A couple days later, I was in a lecture when I received a text message that my jacket had arrived. I shouted out of joy "my baby is here!". Many people were confused for a moment and thought I had become a father :)
I have to admit, the jacket smelled a bit like a "sheep" at the beginning. Although it disturbed many people, I liked the smell. Sheeps are cute! So Iput the jacket on directly and was overjoyed with my purchase! I thought I looked great! Even today it is still an incredibly nice feeling to put the jacket on and wear it. No other item gives me this feeling and makes me look more like a rock star or real badboy than my Kay Michaels ( I am actually a very nice guy ;), not a bad Boy in real life). Not only did it boost my confidence, it also played a big part on Dates. Girls love the jacket as well! There are thousand more reasons to buy this jacket, but I'm running out of available space on this review...
Anyways! I'm looking forward to many more great years with my Boda Skin and I can only recommend it highly!
