Great team to deal with and the engineer worked none stop from the moment he arrived until the boiler was fitted, working and heating the house. very friendly and polite.

Bought a Viessmann 100-w from Boilerhut to replace an ancient Glowworm KFB 60 and convert from a conventional boiler/hot water tank to combi.
The whole transaction was very easy, Boilerhut's installer arrived promptly on the agreed date.
The installation went very smoothly and the installer (Matteo) was very hard working and professional.
We were up and running with the new boiler on the same day with all works completed.
Very happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

It was a complicated job (replacement of a 30 year old boiler in a listed house) and the team delivered. I particularly appreciated the commitment everyone at boilerhut (from sales, to operations, to engineer) to do a full, complete and thorough job whatever the additional complications we faced.
To be noted as well: the team came to my home in London, at 24 hour notice, on a bank holiday which was much appreciated as I had no water.
They are true professionals.

I contacted them on a Friday and boiler was installed the following Monday.
Very good service although the engineer did have a problem with the electrical supply but Boilerhut sent an electrician to sort out the issue within a couple of days. Easy to get hold of and good communication throughout.

Knowledgeable advice from Paul, great communication, and a tidy boiler installation arranged without delay. All very good.
The way Boilerhut work alongside the boiler manufacturer to provide the maximum warranty and servicing by the manufacturer is also very useful. Would certainly recommend.

The booking procedure was easy, with theadvice of how to take the photos of the old boiler for Boiler hut use also easy and straightforward. When Boiler hut phoned for a bit more info, they made it easy to differentiate between different pipes.
The fitters were on time, pleasant, tidied up after them and made sure that I understood how to work the boiler and the nest thermostat before they left. They took all the old gubbins with them too. Result - hot water, heat when required. Thank you

Replacement boiler fitted in a day, no problem. Friendly engineer fitted boiler into existing space in the kitchen and to existing controls.
Small problem with blocked pipe in system quickly diagnosed and fixed. All working perfectly

I had a boiler fitted a year ago now. I see one of their vans and called the number. I had got quotes from people local to me who wanted a lot more money to do the work we needed. Boiler hut gave me a quote and they were amazing. Like a lot of people you see the quote and think of the others. You then think can we trust them! They completed the work in 3 days and we have had no problems or issues. I would recommend them to any one who is looking for Boiler work. Couldn’t believe the fitters stayed in a hotel and travelled across uk, but the bill was £1000 less than a local tradesmen.

Excellent technical advice on Viessmann boilers: they really know this manufacturer's products inside out. In the event, I proceeded with a quote from a trusted local installer for the Vaillant system I had originally considered, but had I taken the Viessmann route instead then I would have had no hesitation in using Boilerhut.

First time buying a boiler and Paul was fantastic from beginning to end! Explaining what we needed, and was able to assess our requirements from pictures and floor plans. Describing and explaining all the stages in a language anyone could understand. Alpay our installer was lovely! Friendly and relatable and left our place nice and tidy whilst answering all of our questions along the way. We certainly felt in good hands. Fantastic service during a tough isolating period. Very happy with our new boiler and Nest!

This is the second time we have had a boiler installed by Boilerhut, the first was for a rental property but this time we needed a replacement for our residential property.

We were not disappointed second time around - the service was efficient and friendly, and they offered us a deal on the boiler too. We needed the boiler quick, and we had it installed within 48 hours of first contact. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Their engineer Shaun did amazing job and managed to do the conversion from back boiler to a combi in just one day.
The house was left clean.

The people at boiler hut were great from first contact to support after. They were friendly, helpful and honest throughout, helping us to choose the best boiler set up for us, rather than the most expensive! The installation was quick and very neat and tidy. Mike Green was very patient with us and our endless questions, he guided us through and has helped us since with working our new system too. Highly recommended.

Decided on Monday a new boiler was required. By Friday it was installed! Excellent service. Dealt with Adam on the phone, who was very helpful and reassuring. Matteo was the fitter who couldn’t have been lovelier! He had a four hour drive to get to us, got stuck in, worked non stop for four hours or so, then had four hour drive home. Really happy with the boiler too. Will be even better when I get to grips with the control hub, but that’s just me and my declining brain cells!
