Literally useless. Asked for a Motor Trade quote. Sent over my existing renewal documents. Still a thousand questions to come up with nothing. Adviser was trying his best but likely let down by a totally risk adverse underwriter. Twice i've had this with Bollington. Not again.

Rubbish cancelled policy due to a ccj I didn’t know about then give me a strike against insurance when it was as much there fault as mine caused nothing but stress inconvenience and disbelief and on top that because of the cancelled policy is really hard to get insurance 20 odd years I’ve bin paying car insurance never a issue now I’m pretty much uninsurable and can you get the complaints department to call you Bk loke hell we’ll thank you Boddintons you really had us over both our jobs are on the line I hope you rot in hell

After renewing my insurance early my online portal was made obsolete until the new policy came active meaning I was left without insurance for several weeks as I work out of office hours and was unable to phone as the office was closed. However everyone on the phone was helpful and very nice to deal with.

Firstly , You need to dedicate ONE person to deal with a claim, I had texts, emails , Phone calls from many different people about the same claim, yet neither one of them actually did anything positive to help me over a 10 month period , which should have been resolved on the same day.

Basically a case of maladministration from you all in my opinion

Trying to fob your customers off onto other company's like Bollington Co Plus never works, there objective will always be to avoid a good settlement to YOUR customer to increase their bonus for avoiding payment as long as possible, again Maladministration in my opinion

Advice, scrap using outside firms like Co Plus and settle disputes between your company and your customer.

I had a young lady called Helen she was very calm and very thoughtful if every business had someone like here on there team there would be a lot more happy customers she made me feel very comfortable and felt like she was actually listening to me 10 out of 10 very nice person

Bad company in all UK , they do insurance and cancel it and don't tell u and after take 3 times cancellation fees

We would highly recommend Bollingtons Ins Brokers, the customer service representative Ryan did an amazing job finding our business the best quote for our needs, Ryan did all the work, he handled all our enquires and as a result we are now fully covered till January 2021.

Easy to deal with but having to send copies of licence and dvla check is a pain especially been insured for 2 years with them.

Top job as usual from your representative, he might not wear a short skirt or have a large cleavage but he gets the job done.

Thought my current trade renewal was expensive, asked them to match Bollington's quote, they couldn't so obviously switched & got better cover. No pushy salesman @ Bollington's, and took time to go through the options with me to make sure I had the correct cover, thankyou Bollington.
