I first ever heard about these socks on a radio ad (talking about selling 1 million pairs and a tattoo dare.) I am so happy I finally gave these socks a try. I placed a first time order of 7 pairs (I know, right? Better like them if giving a try to 7 pairs.)
It took me quite a while to search socks I could try because my feet tend to only do well with natural fiber socks (cotton or wool) and there are many choices but not all are majority natural fibers. In fact, none I found are 100% cotton or wool.
After much searching I opted to try some cushioned no-shows which had the highest cotton content I found and got a pack that had some ankle length with a lesser amount of cotton but still majority was cotton. Also I tried high content wool socks.
My first thought when I put my first pair on was how incredibly soft and comfortable!
Inadvertently I wore a pair of these socks with my waterproof work shoes (read: no air circulation to my feet which I’d forgotten until I got home and was about to take the shoes off) and was thrilled when I took my shoes off to find my cotton loving, need to breathe feet, were none the worse for wear from my mistake of doing that. (Usually I wear 100% cotton socks with those shoes)
As far as size, I am right on cusp and went with size as indicated as opposed to going up, and I found the sizing to be perfect.
I would highly recommend these socks and will look for others I could try that have high natural fiber content. So impressed and now a happy new customer.

The first couple of orders ( three years ago or so ) were spot on! Since then wrong sizes in the orders. Some socks have tighter fit around the calf legs than others etc.. QC has fallen off the cliff in my opinion like every other company that has got too big for there bridges! Never order from them again!

Ordered the Women's Merino Wool Quarter Sock 4-Pack - multi / m
on February 09, 2020. I have worn one of those 4 pairs about 6 times. Both socks now have developed holes at the ball of the foot and the heel (see profile pic). Super disappointed. :(. Very comfortable until the holes appeared but now, not so much. When you wear the socks with holes in them, your feet kind of stick to the floor which results in an unpleasant experience. So - less than 4 months. I have PUMA socks from Costco from 3 years ago that are in better shape. My husband bought the men's dress socks. Those basically disentegrated on his feet while he was wearing them. We have collectively spent about $600 with Bombas on socks (crazy, right) and feeling pretty stupid right now.

I bought a set of Bombas two years ago, and they’re still in great shape, except for one, which got a hole in the heel. They are the most comfortable socks I’ve ever worn, as they’re made without those awful toe seams. Also, I know a young homeless drifter, who stayed at our place for a bit, and I noticed he was wearing Bombas, so, yes! Bombas is really giving socks to the homeless as they say. I bought Bombas despite some poor reviews I saw about the quality, as some people said they developed holes pretty quickly. These must be the people who run around all over their place in their stocking feet, or let their toenails grow too long. Stop wearing your socks like slippers, keep your toenails trimmed, and these socks will last years! I’ll buy more for sure. Highly recommend!

My husband loves the Bomba socks I bought him, but one of the white socks has already split at the toes. I ordered them on Feb 17th and paid for them with paypal.

I bought a pair of winter calf socks last year. Within months had hole in heel of one of the socks. They wanted me to just pick out a pair of summer socks to replace, since no more winter. However, I paid quite a bit more for these than any summer socks they had. Finally got them to give me a credit. So this year I ordered two pair of winter socks and used my credit toward them. Well these are worse than last year. Both pair have two holes in each sock. These are barely 3-4 months old and much to expensive to have holes so soon. My conclusion, very poor quality socks sold on hype. Never buy again.

I ordered 12 pair of socks for the first time! The socks are to large and I need to exchange them, I have been trying to do this for a week. The web sight will not let me back on and no one will call back to help me! The service is underwhelming for a $200.00 sock purchase. I would be happy if some one just called back to help!

I bought three pairs of the merino wool mid-calf socks two years ago. I have only worn them in the wintertime (a total of about 15 months) since I purchased them The last two socks of the three pairs now have holes in them. It was the only pair I had left this winter. All of the others wore out either the first winter or last year. I am a petite woman and haven't done anything unusual in terms of wear and tear, etc. These socks did not wear nearly as well as other socks with similar fabric composition in my experience. The Bombas are quite costly, and to me, the wear profile is not satisfactory, at least for this particular model.

I have given this review a 3, because I really like these socks, so in terms of comfort, they are my favorites. Just wish they hadn't all worn out so quickly -- 1-1/2 pairs gone just a few months after I bought them.

I recently purchased several pair of socks and have only worn them a couple of times and already two pair have holes in the toe. I have bought socks for much less money and they have not had this problem.

Their socks are OK if a bit overpriced but part of that is they give away one pair for each pair you buy. I think that is very socially responsible.

However, I take issue with their company's recent decision to align themselves with the Black Lives Matter movement. BLM was founded in 2013 by 3 Black females in response to the shooting (justifiably as it turned out) of Trevon Martin by George Zimmerman. The 13 guiding principles of the movement encompass Black Separatism/Supremacy, disrupting the traditional "nuclear" family, abolishing all law enforcement and economic & financial globalism.

I personally find BLM repugnant and offensive and want nothing to do with anyone who would support their anti-democratic goals. It PROMOTES RACISM rather than attempting to eliminate it. For this reason, I threw every pair of Bombas socks I owned into the trash and vowed not to do business with them until they reverse their corporate policy with respect to BLM.

I am not one to call for boycotts because someone or some company made a mistake. But this was NOT a mistake. It was an intentional alliance that they promote on their website. I encourage everyone that reads this to educate themselves about BLM to confirm my characterization of them and then to draw your own conclusion.

I recently made my first order with you! I was very pleased with the product and as a matter of fact I was planning on placing another order. I am saddened to say that want happen. Let me explain! Your choice to support BLM blew me away. I want to think maybe u were forced to do something quickly and just didn’t take the time to research. Let me enlighten you on a few things BLM stands for,then hopefully you will take the time to gain knowledge of an organization before you make such poor choices. BLM stands for Anti-police, violence, hate, division etc! BLM has earned the title of a Hate group because of its racist and police hating actions!! Do you as a company stand for that??

took me MONTHS to get money back on 18$ pair of socks. finally after 4 mos. i get a code per e-mail. to get a pr.i cannot watch the little twerps on t.v. ;smoke &mirrors. hey, twerps call me. do you really care @ customers??

Purchased the men's quarter sock XL (size 13-15) because my feet are large size 14/15 and I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The socks I received were tiny and didn't come close to fitting my feet. Gave them to my wife who is a size 7 in women's sizes. They fit her perfectly. I would not recommend these socks to any man who has larger than size 10 foot. Sock label clearly said XL.

The socks are very comfortable but I was disappointed that the second time I wore one of the pairs with boots, a hole tore in the heel. Not worth the price if that is going to happen.

Bought the Bombas compression socks for my 83 year old mum -- put them on approx noon by 400p the swelling in her angles was completely gone. And she loves that they work but aren't tight or binding like the traditional white compression socks. Thank you Bombas :)
