I was worried about my Bond money and then I contacted to Bond Cleaning Brisbane. Bond cleaning Brisbane is the best cleaning service providers in Brisbane they also have good customer service. Promised two cleaners for half day. Only one turned up. Received a call halfway through the day from the call center saying the cleaner would need more time or it wouldn’t be up to standard. Charged me an extra $80. Didn’t have a choice because we were away and had to have cleaning done that day. Went to inspect and there were areas that hadn’t been cleaned (stains on toilet, marks on walls), scratch marks left on lovely new tap fittings that were not there before, front balcony not mopped and back balcony left with dirt up walls from hosing down which we then had to clean ourselves. Took two people an additional two hours to finish cleaning. Complete disgrace. Do not use this company.

On the day of the clean, the cleaner wanted to reschedule to 3 hours earlier than agreed. That was fine with us as we were able to make that change. But I was sure to have them contact me when they were 30 minutes from the apartment so I knew when to leave work. Luckily I did because they were 45 minutes later than the already rescheduled time.

When the cleaner arrived he was friendly - definitely no issues with personality. I explained what needed to be done, although it was a bond clean so there you'd expect that there was a standard checklist of what is required to satisfy rental exit conditions. I had a slightly bad feeling from the outset.

Over the course of 7 hours we subsequently visited the apartment twice. After the first four hours we visited (as we assumed the cleaning would have been done by then) but the cleaner had just left their things in the apartment. We rang them and he advised that he had gone out on a break and that the traffic was bad so he was delayed. We obviously understand that breaks are necessary but the cleaner had obviously driven quite far away in order to take it. Then three hours later we returned and the cleaner was there and hadn't yet finished. We left him to finish the job and would return the next morning for our exit inspection.

However, on our return the next day the cleaning job was quite below standard. It's likely that the long break contributed to the cleaner leaving without finishing the cleaning in full as they had run out of time.

Obvious scuff marks which are easily removed had been left on the walls. The oven had not been cleaned. Drawers and cupboards had not been wiped. There was a terrible attempt at cleaning the shower. Windows and fly screens hadn't been washed.

We had already had the carpets cleaned, and personally mopped the floors and undertaken some other general cleaning a few days prior yet there wasn't much difference between then and the clean undertaken by the bond cleaner.

The real estate agent identified the above issues and required them to be rectified in order for our bond to be refunded. As of writing this review, we have emailed Bond Cleaning Brisbane twice over the course of two days to have the apartment recleaned but have not yet heard back from them. We're just going to rectify the issues ourselves as we don't trust this company to do it correctly, if at all.

They quote the cheapest price for a reason. It's been a lesson for us. Don't make the same mistake.

Very unhappy with there service booked for 8am didn't show till later only stayed for 2hrs and didn't guarantee there work and didn't clean it was only a studio apartment made me pay before arrival which I did and also phoned and said it would be an extra $80 for the patio which I had to pay straight which I did. I was unable to view the property due to distance and the real-estate phoned saying it didn't even look like they had done anything. I have emailed and phoned them with no response . I had to get another cleaner who did a wonderful job . This company should not be able to be classed as bond cleaners as they are not . I am very disappointed with such terrible service . DO NOT USE THEM !

To begin with the company kept pushing back the time to begin and finally cancelled and asked to commence at 5am the next day. They tried to tell me that I had “too many bathrooms” I have two and I was quoted on two bathrooms and wanted more money, they made me pay up front. The standard of cleaning was awful. Oven not cleaned benches not wiped, floor not vacuumed, showers not cleaned, didn’t wipe out drawers. Carpet cleaning clearly not attempted at all. After we arranged for them to come back they kept trying to get me to leave while they ‘cleaned’ I said I would wait until the carpet cleaners arrived, which they never did. I tried organizing to have the carpets cleaners arrive but they stopped answering the phones and never replied to emails. Do not use!!! We ended up having to hire another company to clean the carpets to avoid having to pay another weeks rent!!!
