I booked Fitzroy Island Ferry Day Trip almost a month ago (booking reference: MMVL21X2517303, 4 people, the total price of $240). On the booking page, they clearly mentioned that prior 24hours to start the tour, there is a "FREE CANCELATION". Due to the Brisbane lockdown, we couldn't fly to Cairns and our holiday was cancelled. On 30.03.2021, I left a message for the Bookme, explained the situation and asked for the cancellation and issuing of full refunds. At the same time, I emailed Fitzroy Island Resort and asked for the cancellation. My message to Bookme has been ignored so far. Although in the confirmation email of this booking it is mentioned" AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL: If you need to cancel or amend your booking please email Fitzroy Island Resort prior to the cancellation period (24 hours). [email protected]", Fitzroy island resource replied that "We are not able to make any amendments or cancellations to third party bookings so you will need to contact Bookme directly". The rest of the story is very simple, Bookme ignored my emails, and also no one answered the only telephone number that they have. Will do legal acts against them after Easter. Once they receive the money, they don't bother themselves to even respond to your emails.

I was able to get very significant discounts for the Great Barrier Reef in Cairns, and boat tours at Milford Sound in NZ, and was very, very pleased. I received the vouchers immediately, and they were honored properly by the tour companies. Great service!

Was well organized from the Mantra pick up to the train experience to the Kuranda. To the time given in Kuranda before pickup to return to the Mantra in Cairns.

We had massive fun, good price, the guys were soo funny , they look after me who does not swim and he help us explored the best snorkling area, the food were plenty. I love book me.com no problem w booking.

I booked these tickets so easily online two days prior to attending Featherdale. I had no problems at all and entry was quick as they had our names down when we got there and the price was fantastic

Their communication was good ,took away some stress when booking in unfamiliar places Our driver was great he made the day trip very enjoyable with him s manner .we also felt safe with his driving and knowledge of the area.
The price was also great value and the website was easy to manouvere my through

Good, nice guide (Doug). Had a lot to tell about surrounding and places. Is oneof the only guides in Australia that told us more about the aboriginals and their culture than and now! That is very unique!

They put us on to the best tour guide for our Port Arthur Meda Day Tour last Tuesday. Mark was intelligent, witty, friendly and very obliging on our 11 hour day tour. Could not have asked for any better.

Having the Great Ocean Road tour start from the Twelve Apostles was a wonderful start to the day, and the scenic views and sheep sightings with colorful koala commentary from the informative and hilarious guide Jeremy made an excellent day! Definitely much better than doing the route self-drive, mostly because of the guide explaining the site's history and even some of the recent events of the areas we passed by.

I purchased 2 tours through bookme and found it to be quick and easy. One tour was cancelled due to the weather conditions. Bookme sent a timely email for a refund voucher or have funds retuned to my card. Mistakenly I selected refund voucher. I emailed them about reversing the voucher and having the funds returned. Again their response was quick and they rectified my issue timely.

We had a great day with Phil. He is a really friendly guy and a wealth of knowledge of all things Tassie. He made sure everyone was ok on the walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout. The walk is worth it and the view is spectacular. I'm sure he walked twice the distance going back checking on me which I thought was very considerate. Other guides stayed in the carpark and let their group go alone. He also communicated very well with those in the group who spoke limited English. The small group on the bus all got along well and we swapped tips on what to do and see around Tasmania. Loved the day and would recommend this tour.
