I returned items that were a poor fit to BOXRAW on 22nd December. These items were confirmed as officially lost by Royal Mail on 11th January and I immediately requested BOXRAW open a claim which they said was done.
Having waited 2 months, with BOXRAW continuing to blame Royal Mail and ask for my patience, I find today from Royal Mail that this was all untrue and they in fact didn’t open a claim until 2 weeks ago!

BOXRAW had even stated Royal Mail were quoting 60 days rather than the 30 on their website which RM also say is untrue!!

I do not recommend this company and am horrified by the service given. I’m waiting to hear from them on why I’ve been given such incorrect information over the course of several months.

All the while, BOXRAW keep my money...and I’m out of pocket as their customer! Never again.

Really disappointed with Boxraw. Waited for months to get my order and sizes were not per their size chart and thus everything was to big and has to be returned.
Got stung for $35US Customs and now I need to return my goods and I have to pay for the shipping!!!
This is NOT the way to set up a successful clothing company. The fact all returns are at customer expense tells me you guys are getting a lot of stuff returned!! Caveat Emptor.

I will NOT buy from BOXRAW again.

Bought my Partner clothes from here a fair few times. Fantastic quality clothing and very fast UK delivery. I dealt with their team on an email chain about a return for a larger size and its only when I checked the email chain I realised I was actually speaking to three different people but their communication was so slick I didn't even know - that's how it should be!

ordered in black Friday sale was told would be 14 working days, ended up being longer

customer service although quick to respond sound like they don't understand or speak English too well

clothes good quality but sizing quite big, their medium is bigger than a typical medium

The quality of these clothes is unreal. They're actually well worth the money. Much better than similar stuff from other brands for the same price. Really happy with the tracksuit. Definitely going to buy from them again.
