Scam website, can't believe I fell for it.
Carh Evans was my customer service rep and told me that she would resend my item after it hadn't arrived. After 6 weeks I gave up and got refunded by PayPal.
Website is no longer there, but look out for "The DVD Hut" !

Ordered a DVD box set as a gift. 21 day delivery…
One month later, the shipping status hadn’t been updated. Emailed and they said they couldn’t provide a tracking number however if it hadn’t arrived in three days (!?) they’d send it again. Sure enough, emailed them and they “sent it again”.
Five weeks later and it still hadn’t arrived. Emailed again. Stated if it didn’t arrive in five days (!?) they’d send again with Amazon and a tracking number as they “had never let them down”… *rolls eyes*
Emailed Sox days later and a refund was processed within forty eight hours…
Judging on previous reviews… seems to be a scam site that relies on people spending small amounts of money (<$100) and forgetting about it.
DO. NOT. PURCHASE.

This "business" is a total scam. Like others who have left reviews, I wish I had done more research before putting in an order. My experience consistent with others - order placed in Nov'21, item not delivered, refund promised, but not delivered either. Buyer, beware!

Do not use Box Set! As reviews below, promised they'd sent the ordered box set for my son's Christmas present, still hasn't been received. Promised to sent 3 times, nothing. Requested a refund 3 weeks ago - it will take 2-3 days to go back to Paypal account - nothing!
Scammers, wish I'd read the reviews before using them.

Wish I'd read the reviews first! The positive ones are in broken English and probably posted by the scammers. I too ordered in October, have been told the item is resent but have received no tracking details. Have requested a refund - I guess that's the last I'll hear from them. Once bitten, twi e shy.

I ordered a boxset back in November and i still have not received it. I have been told that it has been resent numerous times but still nothing. They are very quick to respond but they do not supply a tracking number. Now trying to get a refund.

Ripped off! Ordered a box set LAST SEPTEMBER keep getting told that they have re sent it, wouldn’t refund and I get no tracking notifications at all, this place is a complete scam.

Further to my previous review, I complained to Pay Pal that I did not get my promised refund. Pay Pal said that they would contact the shop. Within a week I got my refund.

I ordered a boxset in August 2021 and it's February 2022 and I still have not received it.
I was told they had sent me out the product twice-I asked for tracking but that request was ignored-after the first one didn't arrive, but the second one didn't either.
I was told they were going to look into postal services in both countries (UK and Australia) and was offered a refund, but they have ghosted me since the offer (in December) with still no refund.
DO NOT use this website or spend your hard earned cash.

Ordered a boxset in Nov in hopes it would arrive before Christmas...this did not happen nor did i ever get notified it was dispatched. I got quick responses to my emails when i followed up but they provided no real answers and no tracking of the parcel. Once mid Jan came along i realised it wasnt Christmas postage delays so asked for a refund. They didn't seem to mind...but then i had to follow up nearly 2 weeks later after they said it would take 3 business days to get it....do not use!

DO NOT touch this website with a barge pole. After 2 months, I emailed them asking where my order was. They said that they would start and "investigation" with the courier companies but would send me replacement DVDS which I would received in 3-5 days (I live in NZ). 2 weeks later and after still receiving nothing, I emailed again and they offered a refund. 1 month from that and still no refund. I emailed them yet again and now they are ghosting me. Paypal is being no help in getting a refund and so I feel I have been well and truly scammed. DO NOT buy anything from this site.

Ordered a box set back in may 2021, kept being told it was on its way.
Then they apparently sent another.
That one never turned up.
Offered to send another.
Would not give me a refund and have stopped all communication.

Having placed an order mid October l am still waiting for delivery. Initially correspondence was good but since I requested a refund have heard nothing. Am reading other reviews and am getting seriously worried if I will get money back. Unless l get satisfaction l could not recommend

Apologies for my previous review, I get my refund money back after waiting for my dvd to arrive. Mrs Cath Evans was very concern and she was willing to send me another DVD'S or a refund. We thought it was a scam but ended very trustful Shop and very helpful. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks Cath for your help.
