The Screen Protectors are absolute crap, and made my screen look worse than it did without the screen protector on it. They were also expensive, $12.95 for ONE Protector.
I emailed them and they sent me an address that I can send my return to, which I will be doing.
Overall, good company, good service, bad product, and bad product category.
I will never do business with a company with non-existent customer service. Of course, this is the first time I've ever had to return something, so was never aware of the non-existent customer service. So if you never have to return anything or have a problem with an order, they might be okay to do business with. Never again for me.
Their customer service team has always responded to me without any issues. I don't find it a big deal that they don't have a toll-free number to call them, as they are quite fast at replying to any emails I have sent. - the only delay being over the weekend when they are apparently closed.
With regards to the quality of their products, I've used their accessories with everything from my old BlackBerry to my new Galaxy S3. Their products stand up to a lot of abuse (I am constantly dropping my phone) and are very good quality for a reasonable price.
As for customer service, I just ordered a skin for my new iPod video and noticed in the confirmation email that shipping could take 24-48 hours, so I looked for a phone number, found none on the website, but found one here. Called it and a nice young lady answered, indicated that it would definitely ship tomorrow which would mean that it will arrive when needed.
She was very helpful, cheerful and answered all questions quickly and, I hope, accurately, we'll see. If my skin doesn't arrive by Friday (2-day DHL), I'll post a note to that effect here.
(UPDATE)--> It's 36 hours later and since my order was placed and I placed a call to Boxwave asking if they can ship it in time, has come two emails from Boxwave confirming the call, promising to get the item shipped and an email reporting that the item shipped as promised with tracking info. And this morning DHL delivered the item one day _early_. I was hoping for Friday, it came Thursday morning. I don't know if my post here played any part, but my experience with Boxwave has been stellar. Five out of five stars!
BTW, I just realized this morning that the skin on my Treo 650 is also a Boxwave skin and when my wife bought a Blackberry 8800 I put a skin and a screen protector on her device as well. In all cases the orders went smoothly and the products perform as advertised.
One note about why I/we now own four Boxwave Flexiskins. I didn't kneejerk the selection after buying the first skin from Boxwave, in each case I looked at every competing product I could find a review or a photo on and made each choice independently. In each case I just found that the Flexiskins were the best balance of design, fit and utility. Some skins had better belt connectors, others had trendier, flashier or sharper design and some skins had more complete protection for all parts including (on the iPods) the dock port and hold slider and some were easier to use with a docking stand. But sometimes, "perfect" isn't what's really required and the Flexiskin just seems like something I'd design if I were going to protect my pretty and fragile electronic devices.
Sure, I'd like something to show off my new black iPod's shiny surface, but I just don't see anything that can do that and still be the silicone rubber I prefer. I don't like the hard plastic cases.

Later today, I received an email reply saying the product I received works for the Palm Tx. So they sent the right product, but it was poorly labeled, they took 2 days to respond, and they don't answer their phone. I'm not changing or my recommendation to do business with a reseller, and not Boxwave directly.
03/10/06: Credit Card Charged
03/13/06: Realized I had no tracking notice. Emailed customer service.
03/14/06: CS replied that one item was out of stock, but it was expected by 21st. Given option to cancel, skip item, or wait. I chose to wait.
03/20/06: Noticed held item's availablity was "Instock" on website.
03/21/06: Got shipping notice that item had shipped the pervious day. (Web site inventory had been accurate.)
Items should arive in a few day.
Positives:
* Good product selection - some unique
* Customer service quickly responds to inquiries.
Negatives:
* Immediate charge of card
* Would prefer charges held until item shipment
* They did not notify me of delay, I had to ask.
Overall - I'd order from them again if they had a unique accessory that I wanted or the only other vendors were unrated/unproven. Boxwave prices are fair and comparable to what you would expect at local retail. Website storefront inventory may be accurate (I wasn't paying attention). By ordering 6 items at once, It's understandable that one might not be immediately available. While not exceptional, their service is acceptable. (I'm so used to expceptional services, I tend to be over-critical of anything that's only average).
