I ordered a 65" TV. For Two days the order read "waiting approval". I contacted my CC company to ensure the charge was approved. I called this website to ensure they got payment. I was advised by phone rep they don't bill until they ship. I asked when it would ship. After looking up the order, he said in two days. After two days (4 days since placing the order) they emailed me that they are out of stock and cancelling my order. I also seem to be getting a large amout of SPAM since ordering with this company.

Ordered the JVC EM37T HD TV on the 11th of October. After 2 days, there was no update on the website so I called and was told it would go out the next working day. Website still not updated after 2 more days to called (left a msg) and emailed. No response until the 16th when I received both a UPS notification that a shipping invoice was made and an email response from company saying the TV was on it's way. Later that day, UPS updated their site that the package was picked up. Followed the UPS trail day by day as it went from state to state. Stayed at Atlanta Ga. for 48 hours. Not sure why but got to Florida on the 19th and to my door by mid-day on the 21st when it was estimated to arrive. I had gone on-line to see reviews of the company and was not happy to read most of them but it turned out OK for me. TV in perfect shape and a great price and we are enjoying HDTV at the moment.

I ordered my HP Notebook and a week later the free shipment by Fedex was still pending. I called and the gentleman had me hold while he looked into it. After a few minutes he came back on and said it would ship that day. It did. I've had it for two weeks and it works wonderfully. I'm very satisfied all the way around. Yes, I would do business with them again.

So I had been looking for a specific TV for a while a Vizio 55" LED 240 Hz 3D television the m551d-a2r to be specific. Wal-mart had it listed for $998 but were out of stockonline. I found one in store at my neighborhood wal-mart but drive a honda accord so yeah not going to fit. I found the exact TV I wanted through brandnewdealsusa.com for $849.99. Wow! What a steal! I placed my order right away on 8/5/2014. Once I had made the purchase, the funds were deducted from my paypal and I was excited. Then I went online and started reading about it, and came accross some of the bad/sketchy reviews online. I got worried, but though I would wait and see. On 8/6 it still showed shipment pending, on 8/7 it STILL showed shipment pending and I was getting nervous. On 8/8 it was STILL showing shipment pending and I was going to email the customer service when low and behold I got a shipping notification with fedex tracking number. I clicked it, saw that the TV was in Texas and the estimated delivery date was 8/11/2014. I am happy to say, the TV arrived on Monday 8/11/2014 the packaging was in-tact with only a few crumples in the box at the corners. TV is beautiful, on my wall and works exactly as marketed. My experience with brandnewdealsusa.com is nothing short of perfect in my opinion. An amazing tv for an amazing price delivered in 6 days (not business days, 6 days from order to arrival).

Ordered a 60" JVC tv from Brandnewdealsusa on 8/16. Got a confirmation email but no follow-up tracking email. I registered as a member but no order was recognized. As with other reviewers I called their number multiple times and days to only go to voicemail. Finally called and spoke to a person who said I'd get a tracking number "tomorrow". After 2 days got a tracking number to a company who when called had no order under that number. Back to the voicemail exercise finally got a tracking number from FedEx. When TV arrived it didn't work. Called JVC customer support who told me TV was defective. Back to the voicemail exercise again with Brandnewdealsusa no response from anyone. Called Paypal who escalated the dispute. Finally got email from Brandnewdealsusa that FedEx would pick tv up next day. FedEx tracking informs TV was delivered and signed for almost a week ago yet no refund processed. I'm waiting on Paypal to close resolution and refund my money. Lessons learned: you get what you pay for, don't trust what you see on internet, don't make a blind purchase for high cost item. I went to Best Buy and got my TV in a conventional transaction. Paid a little more but I know they will treat customers right. My opinion: if you don't want uncertainty and headaches stay away from Brandnewdealsusa.
