Terrible customer service. They changed my delivery date without checking with me and their delivery service left my TV outside my house exposed to the elements. They refused to call to have the delivery changed. Their attitude was...it's your problem.

I haven't bought anything at BrandsMart USA but I will! I was looking for a window air conditioning unit. They had the best price online for what I wanted. The only problem that I had was that they wanted to charge a lot for shipping. I wrote BrandsMart USA customer service and told them that I didn't buy my AC there because of the shipping charges. Then I bought one locally. I should have waited an hour because they IMMEDIATELY wrote me back saying that I should not be charge when ordering over $100. I know that this is true because I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau website. They are accredited by the BBB and they have an A+ rating. If you need appliances of any type, big or small, check them out. I'm going to start checking them first when I need any type of appliance.

We moved to Miami a few years ago and we were living in a furnished condo. In December we got our own place. We purchased three Samsung televisions, one sound bar and a few kitchen appliances. They have the brands, they have the in store service and the white glove service and installing everything was great. I highly recommend them for all your appliance and electronic needs. For my friends moving from Chicago they are the ABT of Miami!

We bought a new gas stove from BrandsMart for a rental condo in Atlanta and paid for delivery which was supposed to include installation. The delivery had a 4 hr time window but they came 2.5 hrs after the latest expected time. So, after our tenants waited 6.5 hrs, the stove was delivered, but they then said they could not install it. At the time of purchase we were not told that they could not touch copper pipes, nor did we even know there were copper pipes. So, we were left with a new stove that could not be used on a week-end with no assistance from BrandsMart about how to get it working. Our tenants have been without a stove for 5 days already, and we purchased from Brandsmart because they said they could deliver and install promptly. Now they say that they can install 99% of the time. But, if you are the 1% that they cannot install, they don't care about you. They are happy to take your money, but drop you in an instant without informing you at the time of purchase that there might be a problem with installation. Now we are left on our own to get on a new waiting list to find a plumber to do the installation which will probably cost more than the stove. But, BrandsMart was done with us as soon as they get our money. A satisfied customer does not seem to be their goal. Most customers would like to be able to rely upon the co. they purchase from to keep their promise and in this case to guide them through the installation process. BrandsMart is better at sales than service. Next time we will purchase our appliances from a co. that stands behind its word and gives us a realistic expectation in advance. We live in NC and that makes it especially difficult to resolve this situation. Beyond the new expense, we may also lose a tenant or have to compensate them for their inconvenience. In the future we will be smart and stay away from BrandsMart.

I purchased a 5 year warranty. Dishwasher broke November 2,2016 and 10 appointments later and 5 months later it still is not fixed. The repair man is rude. The customer service just does not care. Please save yourself stress, time and money do not purchase from Brand Smart.

I went to BrandsMart USA to get my new iphone & the expereince was GREAT!!
I recently had my iPhone stolen & they were all very sympathetic & provided me with excellent customer service throughout the entire process
I can honestly say they made the replacement process so easy, they are GREAT
I WILL ALWAYS BE A BRANDSMART USA CUSTOMER :-)
love the store!!!

Brandsmart delivered a washer and dryer to my house, and the men who delivered my appliances pushed my sofa up against my wall to make room to walk through (with no permission), and broke a mirror off my wall. The mirror frame broke and could not be fixed. I had to toss it. When I called customer service on Monday to report the damage, the Home Damage Dept asked me why I waited until Monday to report it, when my delivery was Saturday. I told them I didn't report it in front of the two delivery men because I'm a single woman who lives alone and was fearful of the confrontation in front of those men. It was a safety decision I made for myself. Any woman in her right mind, would do the same. So I waited until first thing Monday morning to call. They also said they asked the men if anything happened, and the men said no. Of course, they would never admit to damaging my home. So due to those 2 reasons, my home damage claim was DENIED! And I'm being forced to replace my mirror out of pocket. I spoke to Jared B., then his boss Paul Fogelam, which both were the least bit understanding, not to mention RUDE to me on the phone. Especially Paul. Paul went as far as telling me "being alone in a house with 2 men should not be reason enough not to make the claim right then and there". I also told him I'm 8 months pregnant and he said "being pregnant is not good enough reason not to make the claim right then and there in front of those men". So basically, my only option to make a claim was to make the call with the men inside my house, even if I was scared to do so? I even had pictures to prove it. Still denied. This department is pointless, if you're not going to take the word of the customer with damage to their home. I will NEVER use Brandsmart again. And I want everyone reading this to know that Paul Fogelman should not be the head of any department. He is rude, insensitive, and a bully over the phone. He raised his voice at me several times and cut me off while I was talking. The men who delivered my appliances spoke a different language. I only speak English. When I told Jared the weren't speaking English and I didn't understand what they were saying, he laughed and said "they know how to speak English, they were just doing it on purpose". Completely unprofessional to have delivery men walking around with Brandsmart logo's on their shirts that are purposely not speaking the language of the customer receiving the appliances. And in their own home, to make things worse. Those men need to be fired. Its an AWFUL look for Brandsmart.

Purchased a GE Refrigerator from Brandsmart West Palm Beach FL, 2 years ago along with 5 year extended warranty. Refrigerator stopped cooling properly (min 54 degrees) in early Dec 2017. Initially we were given an appointment three weeks after we called, but managed to get an earlier one after several pleading calls to customer service (with a number of hang-ups on their part). for a technician to at least check it out, part was ordered and received by them, now we are forced to wait another week to have the part installed early Jan 2018. EARTH TO BRANDMART: IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS TO SERVICE A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR IN A TIMELY MANNER (OR ANY OTHER APPLIANCE FOR THAT MATTER), DON'T SELL EXTENDED WARRANTIES. We are done with Brandmart -- taking our business somewhere else.

we had an oven delivered today unfortunately they did NOT deliver the gas line kit, so when the insulation (who is very good) arrived he could not do his work. I contacted BrandsMart who suggested they would deliver the part next week. WHAT!!!
I said since they had inconvenience me and the install guy they could be inconvenienced by bringing me the part THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. They REFUSED even after taking directions to my home TWICE. I can not believe that they would not make this right, why should I have to pay for a part twice? why should a third party vender have to drive all over town to fix their mess up? Unbelievable! I will never shop there again!

I went in there just browsing at the laptops and ended up buying one. The young man that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable about the computers and what we wanted to know. He was a great help and we would deal with him again and again on other products if we could.

We were brought to BrandsMart USA in Kennesaw, GA in a bit of a bind. Our receiver literally blew overnight. Sean Chancer was introduced to us via customer service/returns. Upon making his acquaintance he literally took us to where we needed to be, provided the information we needed to make an informed purchase and was very knowledgeable in knowing what components needed to be purchased in order to keep in the same quality we were used to. Sean was happy to help, eager to please and very personable - and my 3.5 year old daughter adored him! I would not hesitate to purchase again from BrandsMart, but I would INSIST that we deal exclusively with Sean Chancer in the future. Thank you Sean and thank you BransMart.

ON 03/25th/2020, The two guys came saying that they could not make the delivery because the order did not clarify that there was no elevator to accessing my 2nd floor and they blamed the seller. The seller did put in the order the special team requirements for not having an elevator, I called customer service and nobody knew how to give a reason for this negligence that forces me to stay two more days without the product for which I paid by trusting in the name of Brandsmart. Never thought to be a victim of such a lack of consideration to a customer. I feel it was on purpose, just to appear like they wanted to do the delivery, but they did not want to work

Today was my first purchase from BrandsMart. I must say I was pleasantly surprised.My brother had me go see SINGH, whom he bought his 65" LG 3D TV from last year. SINGH was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The first question SINGH asked was, in what room the television was going in. When I said it was going into a very bright family room, open to the kitchen, he said he did not think I would be happy with the 65" LG since this years model had been changed to a glossy screen (unlike my brother's non-glossy last years model)and would show the reflection of all the lights in my home. This really surprised me since I had just come from BestBuy where I told the salesman I did not want a plasma screen because of the reflection and he did not say a word about the change in the screen design. Not only did I purchase the Samsung 60" 3D 7500, I purchased a new receiver, blue ray player, cables, installation and extended warranty. I hope the installation goes as great and will update my review after installation at the end of the week!

Bought microwave 2013 with a extended warranty, stop heating July 7,2017 called brandsmart (Doravilla Ga ) daily I think I've spoken with everyone who work at this place. After a month of back and forth I wrote BBB ! Now the ball is rolling still not repaired as yet as of August 23,2017 was just informed part has arrived!! BBB stay on top until job is finished! Anyone having problems I advise you to write BBB this company is a rip off.

My grandfather and I went to brandsmart usa to purchase a onkyo receiver and the man named Yeudy Guzmon treated us with great service and he helped us find the best receiver that they had he also explained why some are better than others and he showed us which are the best item that we were looking for....and last but not least he also proved to my grandfather and I that he knew what he was talking about. my grandfather and I really appreciated his service.

I purchased a washer/dryer at the Brandsmart on Buford Highway in Gwinnett, GA. This has turned out to be hands down the very worst decision since purchasing our first home.
The delivery man came in with dirty shoes and hooked up our washer and dryer incorrectly. On his way out he made the comment of "Oh, did I make all of this mess?" Referring to his dirty shoes leaving marks all over our floors. Never once did he offer to clean it but instead left.
My husband and I had plans to go out of town and fortunately I happened to notice a stain on our ceiling that was growing. This was due to the fact that the delivery man either did not know how to hook up a washer or did not care to take the time to do it correctly. We called Brandmsart right away and were told that two people would come out to fix the washer and an adjuster to look at the damage.
The thing is, if I called the customer service center I would be put on hold for anywhere from 16-35 minutes. However, my husband and I quickly learned that if the pressed the button to be transferred to the sales department, then someone would pick up within the first two rings. It is very disappointing to know that we waited several hours in total when the sales department picks up in seconds.
Once Monday came 1 person came to fix the hose connection. He asked my husband how he was able to remove the hose and told him that whoever installed it obviously did not know what he was doing because it was so loosely connected.
However, after being on hold again for extended time, my husband was told that an adjuster should call within the next TWO weeks. Obviously this was not okay with me so I called back, and finally was able to speak to a manager. He had someone call us that day.
Unfortunately, He is stuck with a lackluster team who doesn’t seem to know how to complete their jobs. An adjuster came and took pictures and said that the whole ceiling would have to be painted. He let us know that someone would be out on Saturday to fix the damage.
A man confirmed multiple times that he would be there Saturday morning. He did not end up showing up until nearly 3:00 and he just walked in with no supplies. He looked at the wall and said “Yeah, I’ll just paint that stain.” So we told him he needed to paint the whole ceiling. He kept saying “Alright, I’ll take care of y’all.” And he told us he would kilz the stain, let it dry for about 15 minutes, then paint all of the ceiling so that it would all match. He asked us what he wanted and we told him by the end of this whole debacle we would like the house to look as it did before Brandsmart ever touched it.
The only thing he asked was that he could come back on Tuesday. He said that this way he would be able to bring a ladder, plastic and so that he could have more time during the daylight. We agreed to this on the condition that he painted all of the ceiling.
My husband stayed at home again (now the 4th day that we have given up for this ridiculous issue), and DeMarcus shows up with only one small can of paint. He has to borrow our step stool and only paints the stain. He doesn’t even paint it well enough to hide the water damage. He said to call in a few hours and refused to paint the rest
In all honesty, if we really wanted this to be TRULY resolved, then they would have to replace the sheetrock in the ceiling and fix underneath the flooring of water damage. We agreed to allow a sub-par repair under the conditions that they would at LEAST paint the ceiling (something ALL parties agreed to).
At this point, I am completely appalled and disgusted at the fact that a company with such horrible service can grow to be such a large corporation. I understand that this was the fault of the delivery service, but you as a company choose who delivers your product and that is the final interaction we as customers have in relation to Brandsmart. I can guarantee that with service like that it will be very hard to find repeat customers. I honestly am at my wits end and have no clue how to get my point across so that someone will actually take this seriously. At this point I am truly traumatized from ever purchasing anything from them ever again. I have never dealt with such poor service and workers who don’t seem to even have a clue of what they are supposed to do.
A worker at the company actually had the audacity to tell my husband that there was no point in his calling. As a first time buyer from Brandsmart I can pretty much guarantee that we will never step foot in a facility again, and will make sure that anyone we know will not get a recommendation. It is utterly depressing that this is supposed to be one of the happiest moments as first time home buyers moving in and enjoying our first home, and instead it has become a complete nightmare. I cannot enjoy my home or even enjoy thinking about my home because I have had to deal with this issue since I moved in

Purchased a washing machine from BrandSmart and got their 5 year extended service agreement. Been waiting for someone to come out to fix it for nearly three weeks. The tech was scheduled to come out last Wednesday, but I never got a call to let me know at what time they would be arriving. I called and re-scheduled for today (Saturday). I did not get a call last night (the tech is supposed to call the night before), so I called today at 8 am, was told someone would call me. After waiting for two hours I called back and was told the tech called in sick that they can re-schedule me for next Friday.
DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDSMART...don't know where they get their appliances from, certainly they expect for it to brake, they sell you that HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE extended service, then they'll give you the run around.

went to Brands mart at Saw grass mall Florida 07/16/13 to return a music center which we were not satisfy with on returning it there was a slight damage on on of the the speaker box which happen during delivery now this merchandise cost $1631.19 the manager Mr Gavin Kelly refuse to refund our money had to call there customer service then on doing so a refund was issued Gavin Kelly was not very helpful.

Purchased two Simmons Sectionals 9073 from Brandsmart Palmetto Expy location .These items were shipped to my hometown Barbados via King Ocean Services.After receiving i realized that one of the sectionals had one cushion missing.The item was still well wrapped with the manufacture's plastic and i honestly did not see any evidence of tampering.Everything else was intact.I reported this to Brandsmart's management only to hear i need to check with the manufacturer.This is the first time i have ever heard crap like this from such an established company.Why should i check with the manufacturer when i purchased from Brandsmart? I think i was treated disrespectful and it shows a lack of professionalism.I will not sit and be treated this way.I have the right to have my purchase completed

i bought a 5 year protection plan.. they are not protecting me.. they aren't even returning calls.. they promised to replace it.. they didn't.. now the second chair broke and these things are less than two years old...

i don't understand

the 5 year protection plan is a joke.. they have you call these phone numbers that nobody ever answers.. i guess they want you to just give up.. except I'm advocating for my 85 year old Parkinsons patient mother who NEEDS her lift chair..

Here I thought I was getting her some kind of luxury item.. buying a nice lift chair from Brandsmart.. that was a mistake. I will NEVER ever buy anything from Brandsmart again.. I'm closing my credit account with them.. I highly recommend that you don't rely on this establishment for quality goods. You're better off with Amazon. At least they will accept a return of a defective item and replace it. AND they don't make you purchase 5 year "protection" plans that don't protect you from anything.
