Order on jan 25 for chrome brass knuckles email them twice about when will it shipped got a call from pinky and was told her shipper was on family emergency that no order was sent out yet he also back now and that he was working on jan 18 order got a call com pinky again stating that my order will take two weeks for delivery the ad says it take 48 usually for it to shipped hopefully I will receive my order this time but will keep you posted pinky also contacted me back about canceling my order since it took two weeks for item to shipped and was reply with a rude comment I won't be using this website in the near future

I've ordered from them at least 6 times since 2004 and have always had a great experience. I've had to return things twice and both times they answered my email and approved the return NO PROBLEM. They have an 888 number that I've never had to call because I've had all my questions answered through email the SAME DAY. I'm very sorry if these aryng reviews are real but I find it hard to believe. One review says that they don't provide tracking numbers for their orders? OF COURSE THEY DO!! THIS IS 2018!! ALL PACKAGES HAVE FREE TRACKING NOW. Plus SHIPPING IS FREE if you buy at least $49 of stuff. One guy said he paid $43 to ship something that cost $9. He must live in Antartica. If the shipping was too high then why did you CHECK OUT and place the order?? You CHOOSE that shipping methed I bet.

They will ship everything they sell to all 50 states and to any country worldwide except they don't ship knuckles to Illinois. The shipping cost is average and the fulfillment speed I would rate as average to fast because one of my orders arrived in just 4 days but another one took about 8 days. Both orders were over $75 so I got 100% free Priority Maill shipping.

Their products are badass and really hard to find at normal stores. I signed up for the newsletter and I get a discount code every month.

They are the only company that has high end REAL BRASS custom made knuckles. Awesome company. I'd reccomend to anyone.

I have e-mailed this company many times and attempted to call them 3 times with no success. I have asked tased them about a set of brass knuckles AMK-1003 and if I can get them in a 15 1/2 ring size. They have not answered me at all. When you call, their mailbox is full and they do not answer e-mails. I suggest you be careful about dealing with this company!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 knuckles and received only one but also received a cheap knife. Havent got a reply from the email I send and the phone service is a computer, not an actual person to talk to.

Also, the website say high quality. The knuckles and knife I received are Chinese junk.

On 08/12/09 I ordered 10 Replica 1918 Trench Knives for an awards cerimony and recieved the order 08/15/09. The knives are exactly as I expected and at $19.97 the price was unbeatable.

UPDATE: A friend ordered a rechargable stun gun and said it took 7 days to arrive from the date of shipment. I feel that could have been a little faster perhaps 5 days max because it was shipped USPS Priority Mail.

I ordered a dragon brass knuckles and came out as nun chucks! I tried to call them and email them and I get no answer. Im stuck with nun chucks. But then 2 MONTHS later they emailed me saying the woman had a blood infection for 3 weeks and couldn't go back to work. It has been more than 3 weeks. I am dissatisfied with their service. But at least they finally replied back and I am hoping they will exchange. They need to work on their customer service.
