I did have a little issue with trying to add milling the grain once it was in the cart. Had to add it again and when I tried to delete the unmilled item it deleted both of them. Not a big issue, just wanted to help make your site better.

was quite easy and painless, shipping was way expensive. I'm sorry but I don't want to to pay as much for shipping as I have my total purchase. And I would have like my bag of grains to be milled there were no option for that at checkout.

Items were not packaged to well for such heavy items and were damaged in shipping. Was offered a return label and refund but using quickly so it would be a hassle. I was hoping for a price break on my order since it will cost them to ship back but have not heard back.

Great website with tons of information but I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I first called for information...Awesome Service. Then I went back to the website, and found what I needed and placed an order...Super Easy to shop with BC.

RJ from Customer service was great. I was able to cancel an ordered I placed for packets of yeast and reorder the same yeast in a bulk amount with no problems. One quick email and a reply within 20 minutes.

Found what I wanted quickly. We will see when it gets here if it includes everything a new, inexperienced wine maker will need. My order arrived, everything is in there that was promised. It arrived quickly and in perfect working condition. It was a gift for my husband for Father's Day, but he opened it early. He seems very exited to give it a try. Thanks Brewchatter! I will be making my 1st batch of peach wine this weekend. Wish me luck!

Quick follow-up on my first purchase. RJ was super helpful and walked me through everything I really needed without trying to "just sell" something. Can tell he and Josh really have a passion for brewing and want to have others be that excited. Definitely my primary supplier.

I ordered 5 packages of liquid yeast to accompany some dry yeast I have already. This was done on a Thursday. The order was delayed until Monday in order to prevent the yeast from sitting in a UPS sauna over the weekend. I knew this was their policy ahead of time and I appreciated it. I am planning on making a batch every other day for about 2 weeks... Yes, I have that kinda time and 11 kegs to fill. In addition I ordered the three insulated envelopes and three ice packs in addition to those already provided (Yes, this company provides an ice packet automatically). I then selected to have it sent 2 day UPS. I am happy with the order but I do have a suggestion. I would like to see the insulated envelopes upgraded to a higher quality. The yeast arrived pretty warm BUT.. BUT..BUT, I have brewed two batches and now have one on the stir plate and they are doing magnificently... Thanks for being on the ball.

Due to logistical issues I showed up at the shop before receiving a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. They bumped me to the top of the list and put my order together right then! Great customer service!
