This was the fourth time we have used Brewer and Brewer and once again the professional yet friendly approach of Keith and his team set them apart from other agents. We have used them to both buy and sell and their advice and guidance has been invaluable in helping us to achieve the right deal. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Brewer & Brewer to buy and sell three properties in West Moors. Their customer care and guidance has always been first class. I have often recommended them to other people. I will use them again if the time comes to sell and move on.

B&B were the agents when I moved into the area and I had no hesitation in asking them to market my property seven years later. Their efficient and friendly service was of great value during what was at times very stressful. Leading up to the exchange of contracts B&B drove the process by linking up all the Conveyancers and Management Agencies in a bid to meet the deadline.

The team at B,B were very supportive from day one , and when things seemed to drag on they were an oasis in the dessert by keeping us informed , and doing their best to keep everything moving on.
We always had prompt replies to phone calls and emails , with Nigel , Kieth and Ann, doing there best to keep us informed.
We would not hessitate to use the team at Brewer & Brewer again or recommend them to our friends.
Our only concern was that when we moved in the property that we purchased it was not very clean , if we could have we would have arranged for it to be cleaned before hand and felt that B&B could have organised this with the vendor.

But many thanks to B&B for all their support

The service I received from the team from Brewer and Brewer was second to none , always professional efficient and diligent , very polite and always courteous, They know the area , and was very informative to prospective buyers , I would highly recommend them, to friends and family in the future .

We would recommend B&B first class service, from showing us around the property to completion date, nothing was too much trouble, kept in contact and always happy to help, I would highly recommend B&B 100% BIG THANK YOU GUYS

Keith, Nigel and all the team at Brewer & Brewer provide a first class professional service. No matter who we spoke to about our property sale, they all knew what progress had been made and the overall status of the sale. The team are very knowledgeable about the West Moors, Ferndown and East Dorset area they operate in and have a huge number of local contacts they can put you in touch with, if needs be. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail, e.g. regularly checking the (empty) property we were selling and putting on the central heating when the cold weather started. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with Brewer & Brewer and we’d highly recommend them.

our experience with Brewer and Brewer has been out of this world, from the time that we first viewed a property with them we felt so comfortable with the way they delivered their service, we met with Anne on most of the viewings, and she is such a lovely person to deal with and a credit to Brewer and Brewer, it was always a no rush appointments, but dealing with Brewer and Brewer as a whole was a pleasure, if we every know of anyone who like us want to move to this area we would recommend Brewer and Brewer to use, our experience with them has sadly come to an end as we have found a property though them but what a great company to work with, we would like to thank you for all of your help as a team in our move to West Moors, thanks again, Ken and Amanda Williams

The property we purchased went on the market about the same time as our own and we believe the sellers had some disappointing times as we did, unfortunately one buyer let us down before Christmas which impacted on our sellers as much as it did ourselves but the Brewer & Brewer Estates team continued to promote the sellers property in a positive manner, hoping we would sell our own property before anyone else stepped in and purchased their clients property. The Brewer & Brewer team were very helpful and understanding at all times assisting us with our enquiries and queries with a calm and cool approach. Thanks to the Brewer & Brewer Estates team for everything you did for us from start to completion.
