Brisbane Bond Cleaners

This company is fully fraud when we called them for bond clean for one bedroom the told 250$ after coming to property after 40 50 min they told the property is very dirty and you have to pay 120 extra. Wth the people are really fraud. I will not recommend this service to anyone this company is worthless...!!!

Real estate gave us 2 working days to get the house cleaned after we had spent a day cleaning a one bed flat ourselves as we had missed some cleaning. We paid $450 for a steam clean of the carpet, flea spray and bond clean. There was very little to do. However the cleaner broke the glass light fitting and then they have lied about it, refusing to admit that this happened even though glass from the item was found on the floor near the sink. The real estate has told me that the carpet still has stains after the steam clean. I advised the company and they said that they are not sending the steam cleaner back. Now the real estate is asking for $200 compensation for the stains on the carpet and cost of the light fitting. I am very disappointed by this company and the guarantee is non existent.

I booked carpet cleaning and vacate rental cleaning and paid $130 deposit. The next day I cancelled which was 4 days before the cleaning was to take place. Now I am unable to get my $130 back and no one in customer service will return emails or calls. When I speak with the consultants who took the booking they say they can’t help and to reach out to customer care. When booking was made there was no mention of cancellation fees. I have now read their cancellation policy and only 24hrs notice is needed. So why won’t they process my refund? Unfortunately no response from their customer care team now means I have to contact my bank for a refund. Appalling. Do not use this business they have no care for their customers whatsoever and are complete fraudsters keeping deposits when they have no right to do so.

I had organised a bond clean for my partner in our Brisbane apartment last minute with BCIC and they seemed lovely at first.

Unprofessional service from a company that demanded $300 more on top of the $450 for 2 bedroom apartment half way through the clean. They are already debited my account for $450 at this point and threatened the cleaners would leave the job unfinished if I did not pay more. Despite the guarantee.

Claiming that the state of property was soiled due to pets and needed extra work due to long term neglect . This was untrue! This was confirmed by a inspection from the property manager only 1 week before the bond clean from BCIC. Stating the apartment was kept clean and in good state.

Property manager returned the exit report with countless cleaning issues, oven, dishwasher, floors not even mopped, shower, bathroom floor, kitchen bench not even touched . I should have just spent a hour cleaning myself and would have gained better results.

They are now refusing even a partial refund and are neglecting communication or acknowledgement of the disservice . Now seeking another cleaning service on top of the $750 ive already spent to get the place up to bond clean standard. Despite being scammed from BCIC for $750.

I will be following up with legal action. They cannot continue to trade this way.

Did a terrible job and had to get them to come back which they were happy to do but house still isn’t clean and now I have to go back a third time and do it myself.

We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
