Nicola was brilliant, she advised and guided me through the whole procedure based on what I told her of my wishes. We now have a great priced holiday that caters for both mine and our daughters big 0 birthday wishes for 2018, as well as my hubby and our grandchildren. Big thank you.

I spoke to Nicki who was professional knowledgeable and polite throughout each` part of the process, every last detail was explained in a confident manner. I would definitely use you again.
Let's hope the cruise is as good!

Ellen l talked to on Thurs & Fri she was excellent in what she had to tell us about the cruise which we booked on Fri and she phoned me back prompt on time. We have not received no paper work yet but Ellen said it would take 7 to 8 days

Justine,
the travel consultant I Have been dealing with was first class.Rang back on time each time and was very thorough in explaining everything about the booking.
She was very patient and answered all my questions in friendly way.
As this is my first time booking with Broadway Travel Cruise,I will wait until after
the holiday before making any final judgement about recomendation.

I telephoned Broadway's Cruise Advisors to find out more about an offer I had received in one of their emails. The advisor was very friendly and helpful, resulting in my booking the cruise there and then.
Subsequent communications via email were prompt and clear.
The only slight negative was the £3 charge for using a debit card to pay the deposit, but otherwise I'm pleased with the service Broadway Travel have once again provided (I have used them before).

They explained everything very well and even managed to get our flights changed so that we were not losing a day in Venice without any bother and Amy was very friendly and helpful

As I wasn't 100% sure which cruise I wanted it was explained to me the different cruise lines and which would match myself and my 14 year old son. I asked many questions but never felt any pressure to make a decision.

I was very impressed by your Sales Agent Justine as she gone out of her way to find us a flight for the cruise price deal advertised as the normal Ryan Air was not available anymore. Well done Justine.
Fingers crossed our cruise holiday will turn out just as pleasant as our dealing with Justine.

I was more than happy with your rep "Toni" she was polite, knowlegable, thorough and able to deal with all of my queries etc. I often recommend Broadway Travel to family and friends. I have used their services in the past and would always go back because I belive they offer a quality service.

We have now booked our fourth cruise with your company and I cannot speak too highly of Nicola Krzysiak who could not be more helpful and efficient in ensuring all our requirements are met and nothing is too much trouble for her . Nicola ensures all flights, transfers, hotels and cruises are hassle free and knowing this, we book with confidence.
