Ordered a shirt from bucktee expecting it to be 100% cotton.
By the way it’s not easy finding their material information.
Immediately after submitting order - within 2 minutes - I contacted bucktee to cancel since I realised it was 50/50 % cotton/polyester.
They told me “Sorry order is already processed” - No chance to amend or get my money back.
I am a customer from oversees and feel really screwed. - Sad I thought the US has decent customer protection
regarding purchase.
CANNOT RECOMMEND.
Do yourself a favor and choose other provider.

Won’t shop here again. We purchased two shirts from this company. The website said they were 100% cotton. Absolutely not. They feel like sandpaper! Inferior quality. The workmanship of the design and quality of the transfer of the design to the shirt was also poor. Also, the cuts of the shirts were all wrong. The women’s cut is not tapped like a traditional women’s cut (a lot bigger than normal and wider at the bottom). The men’s L fits like an XL. Also, the price was kinda high compared to other sites I had shopped at for shirts. I only purchased here because they were one of the few to have a print I was looking for. As noted on several reviews, the customer service is really bad. They don’t stand behind there inferior product. I wish I would have checked this review site first! Even after several washings they feel scratchy and harsh. Shop somewhere else.

So my update, I ordered a baby yoda sweatshirt on 12/9, received it on 12/23. It was the correct sweatshirt that I ordered for my daughter and she loves it BUT it clearly didn’t arrive when we thought it would and it arrived too late for an event she was going to wear it to. I can only assume that Bucktee is overseas or something as they communicated with me twice over those 2 weeks and their emails had misspellings and odd sentence structure. They are not running an online store that we’ve all grown accustom to where we can count on timeliness and professionalism. Anyway, I was ready to contact PayPal to cancel payment but we survived being patient! Good luck!

I ordered a sweater on 12/11 figuring I'd get it before Christmas (the website said orders placed before 12/12 will arrive before Christmas). Well it's now a day after Christmas and NOTHING. Never received a confirmation email and have not received a reply to the email I sent to support. You bet your booty they took the money out of my account though. If you can't keep up don't guarantee things, it's that simple. Terrible company.

SCAM.....Ordered face mask on May 8th.....They took my $ in the first 24 hours but still no product. They said it was ordered from China and to be patient. GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK.

I placed my order on 12/10 and my order won't arrive until after Christmas. They didn't ship the items until 12/19. Very disappointed and not acceptable way to do business.

Order #397707 was placed on 12/12/2019. There has not been any update on the status. I have sent multiple emails asking for information, but no response. You debited my account, so I can clearly tell your company can process that part of the order. I did my part, so please do yours. These are Christmas gifts.

Placed my order for 2 Christmas shirts on Dec 4th. Website said 12-72 hours for processing and then 3-7 days for mailing. Saw the business address as local SoCal so thought no problem. But has been almost two weeks and still haven't received it! Order wasn't even processed for shipping until the 11th, a full week, not 3 days! And it was being shipped from Ohio, not California. So, a full 5 days later, it finally showed the "expedited" delivery was being delivered today. To add insult to injury, I kept checking UPS tracking only to be just finding out from their chat bot that only meant it was being delivered by UPS to the US Post Office for further handling and delivery!!! Had I known all that, I wouldn't have ordered it as the only reason for the order was to have the item by the office Christmas party this Wednesday and doesn't look like it will make it and too late for me to get an alternative. Very disappointed. If it doesn't arrive in time as ordered, I will be contacting my bank. I realize it's a busy season but keeping the customers updated is not only a courtesy, it is pretty much standard operating procedures now, at least if you want to stay in business.

I ordered a package December 4th and was hoping it would be here this week, but the order hasn’t even been processed yet. I understood it would take up to 5 days for processing but the 5 days have passed greatly. I really needed my items this week and they haven’t responded to my emails or reached out. I’m really disappointed and upset I wasted money.

I ordered baby yoda sweater on December 8! And still nothing.. no email for shipping or responses to my two emails!! Like really this company can’t respond at least! Not fair we’re charged and yet we don’t get the product in time. So sad.. was really forward to getting this before Christmas .. hopefully it will.. but looks like I won’t based on the previous reviews.

Website says that it will take 1-3 days for processing, and then additional time for shipping. My order was not processed until a full week after I ordered an ugly sweater, hence will not be available in time for the event for which I ordered it. Waste of money! My son is super disappointed... he never asks for anything but was really excited about the Baby Yoda ugly sweater. Also, I emailed the company after 3 days but never heard back.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts on December 3rd and keep trying to track and it STILL says processing. I have sent an email..message on site and called. No response to my email or message and an automated service when I called. I ordered these for a Christmas party bc they advertised the lowest delivery time for what I wanted. This is so disappointing...it would have been nice to atleast get SOME kind of response on the status of my order

Over 24 hours and I haven’t received a response from your customer service team on my email. Multiple calls to their phone number go unanswered....Bucktee are you still in business or will you be able to stay in business with your poor service? When can I expect follow up from your company??

Placed order Dec 6 (order # 363880) for a holiday sweatshirt which I assumed was in stock and ready to go. Site says processing order 1-3 days, shipment 7 days. Sent an e-mail, no response...tried calling, automated answering machine. No way to find out status of order, or after reading the other reviews, if I will even get this order.Only ordered because site inferred I would have this shirt in 10 days!!

i will be honest i felt like y’all did because i hit google for reviews and the first thing that popped up was this site. i was truly thinking i got scammed when day 5 of the 1-3 handling hit BUT folks my delivery came as expected over night via UPS and i really like the baby yoda christmas sweater! if you think you’re getting scammed i feel you cause i was there but my item got delivered as expected. is it Gucci levels? no but it is exactly what i wanted given the love for Baby Yoda. I would recommend them 10/10 just cut them some slack and let them work to deliver.

I ordered on may 9 2020 today is june12 2020 I can not track my order because it says my tracking number does not exist. They do not answer email and I believe I might have been scammed shut this company down

I ordered two Christmas sweatshirts and needed them by 12/11/19 so I paid for expedited shipping. That was like buying another shirt ($32.00). At this point after 2 messages with no response and after repeatedly checking the order status and it says it’s being “processed” I regret paying such a large amount of money for expedited shipping. Was really looking forward to wearing the shirts to the party. Feeing like I’ve been scammed and checking into filing a complaint. At this point I don’t even want the shirts, I just want my money back!

I placed an order December 3rd I sent them emails and called to ask about my order and no answer it’s only one little shirt and they can’t handle it. This smells like a scam to me with a fake phone number fake address
