I received a quote via email of $69 to get the carpets cleaned in two rooms. I accepted the quote and did not receive an email to confirm. I them called the company the day before to confirm and they did not have my booking. I then had to call [name removed] directly to arrange the booking. He confirmed that he would be there at 12noon. The cleaner arrived at 10.30am and I had to turn him away because the rooms had not been cleaned yet. He then returned at 12pm and told me that he would be charging an extra $20 because there was stairs! (only 15) I refused and tried to contact [name removed] . Meanwhile to cleaner prepared to leave. I couldn't get through to Michael and I had to chase after the cleaner and agree to pay $89 to get the carpets in two small rooms cleaned. The cleaner then proceeded to clean the carpets and then leave the hair and dirt in my toilet!!! A poor excuse for a professional company and I did not receive a call back!! Do not hire these guys!

Chris came out and cleaned carpet to get my bond money back.really happy that he removed gum marks and my childs vomit marks. Top bloke thanks Chris

Charged $290.00 to clean three average sized bedrooms, one larger then average bedroom with walk in robe, lounge room and 1 rug. Does this sound like a good deal? The cleaner was there for two hours and the job was no better then if I did it myself hiring a carpet cleaner. I have complained to the company and haven't received a response. A bit late now as the keys have been handed back to the Real Estate Agent

We booked for 3 rooms for $59 special. When the guy came he said 2 rooms quoted. We said no we were quoted for 3rooms he said our lounge was a double size room, ( which it's not, maybe a little bigger than average) and we had a small hall way he said he was charging for 4 rooms and the hallway and charged us $90 not $59, it took him about 20 mins in total. We feel cheated. If I were you I would not book this company.

False advertising. Raced through the job.

I have recently moved out of a rental apartment and needed someone to clean the carpets so I could get my bond back, but I'd forgotten to book someone. I rang and they came next day and were very friendly and [Personal Name Removed] did a great job and got the marks out of the carpet.
