The necklace was very late arriving, according to the production and shipping estimate. I tried all means available to contact the company, no response . I had come to the conclusion it was a scam. It was easy to order the necklace, and there were many choices. I am pleased with the necklace, the lack of communication was unacceptable, when the product was late.

I bought a necklace for my daughters 21st birthday from BuildAJewel a she LOVES it. The only thing that I had a problem with was getting the product to me. DO NOT PAY for the express production and shipping it's a waste of your money and it will not get to you in the time that was promised. Other then that I LOVE BUILDAJEWEL and would recommend to anyone

Very easy! I was a little nervous because I ordered my necklace on December 3rd and received it on the 24th and expected it to be here before then. But I do understand with it being Christmas and all. I just expected for the website to have posted something about the orders taking longer than usual. Overall, the company did make a promise to get my order here before Christmas and to my suprise it was here before then!! Thank you!!!

They claimed it would take 3-5 days for production time of my necklace but it actually took them 17 days so i wound up receiving my necklace about 6 days later than expected. Also they didn't reply to ANY of my emails and their customer service phone line was always 'too busy to take my call.' I will never order from here again. Very stressful and annoying.

The order took to long to arrive. I placed my order on 11/27 and did not receive until 12/24. When I opened the check it out it looks very cheep and was not what I was expecting. I am completely disgusted and wish I didn't spend $250.

Thank you for providing real time tech support. I was a little unsure at first how to navigate and Sandra walked me through it. I told her I had a specific date that I needed this necklace by and she gave me the appropriate advice so that my daughter would receive it by her birthday.

I ordered name bar necklaces. The bars were too thin and didn't lay nicely. I Sent them back to the company who redid them on a thicker bar for an additional amount. I had also asked for one necklace to be on a 16 inch chain. That did not happen. Sad. So now I will either have to knot the chain or buy another chain and change it myself. The bar makes the necklace longer. So an 18 inch chain actually turns out to be a 19 inch necklace. Way to long for a petite person. When ordering take into consideration the name plate.
