I ordered The History of The WWE 2-disc Blu-Ray set on Wednesday at a price lower than Amazon (and everyone else) and received it on Saturday! I noticed they had no reviews so I wanted to add one to say that I am very satisfied and will use this merchant again.

I ordered Burial - Untrue on 2xLP vinyl, and it arrived in perfect condition about a week later. I was extremely pleased by the service provided.

Ordered a used 3ds game, and it was shipped very quickly [over the weekend no less!] but basically usps trashed it and it arrived late and like a dirty truck wheel had run it over [case/insert was punctured/dirty and somehow some dirt had blown in]. It was kind of disappointing and I let them know, even though it was a used game and the cartridge turned out to be fine. Normally that would have been the end of it and I would have never shopped there again.

But this site is different, they responded right away and offered a discount because it was late, and again because usps mangled it, with the option for a full refund.

Anyways I'm writing a review because the customer service in dealing with this was outstanding. They emailed me back right away. Also I'm giving them full marks on shipping because they shipped it right away in a standard bubble mailer, usps dropped the ball here.
