I received a quote from them and within a few day’s received and email invoice of what we owed. When I emailed them confirming the cost, and explained what the invoice amount was that was sent to me ... the bs started!!
I was told there was error with their system and if I wanted the service I had to pay the quoted amount which was almost $300 higher that the invoice sent.
The next day another invoice arrives for another fee - airport pickup fee. Another email sent to them and I get told well that’s not our fee that’s the airport fee and you have to pay it or no service !! I asked why when I was quoted we’re ALL these additional charges not on the quote and got nothing but we are sorry but that bill comes from the airport !!
I was also charged another fee due to our flight change!
On pick up day all went well... but our return home was to be at 6pm. As we stood waiting for our bus ... 6:15pm nothing, I make a call to bus.com and get told you have to go speak to the traffic person ??? Ok who is the traffic person and why wasn’t I told what “I” needed to do when we arrived at the airport ?? I finally find the traffic person and find out that the bus hasn’t even registered into the parking area as of yet, another. All to bus.com and they claim well you haven’t paid your airport pickup fee ... ah yes I did do I need to send you the proof, call gets disconnected! So finally I am able to work with the traffic person at the airport show him the fee is paid and they page the bus ... we get picked up at 6:35pm I email bus.com the very next day tell them what has happened and I get a $5@ credit voucher for our next booking!!!! Hahah !! I told them that was unacceptable as it’s had been nothing but a hassle from quote on with this company.... I get another email saying they re opened my claim and get told that after the manager reviewed it all the $5” credit voucher is all they can do !! I responded back with there will be NO other travel with Bus.com !!! And haven’t heard back !

I scrambled to find a bus for 50 people. Thankfully I found one elsewhere.
I can’t believe they’re allowed to do that... this is a trip we do yearly, I’ll never consider bus.com again.

Bus arrived to take 18 of them to the airport. They loved it !!!

Original booking agent Lianne (who has been fantastic, and I have absolutely zero complaints about) made it clear that drivers would give a small window of pick up times (i.e. not hold us to the exact time I had scheduled if our event went over, say 15 minutes). I let her know that the finalized schedule would be out a a few days before the event, at which point I could give exact pick up times to help the drivers. She understood and agreed.
When the schedule came around, I circulated it to Lianne. None of the originally planned pick up times were altered by more than 15 minutes so I technically didn't need to tell anyone, I just wanted to be courteous to the driver.
I was then contacted by an employee named Adele with whom I'd had no previous contact. They informed me that they would be charging me, that they couldn't reverse those charges because they'd already done the work, and ended the email exchange with "these charges must be paid!". I was blown away by not only how unprofessional the process was (charges were applied to my account without me knowing that they were going to be charged, and then having no recourse to reverse them), but by how unprofessional the employee was, ordering me to pay an amount I didn't agree with and suggesting that my trip would be cancelled if I did not do so immediately.
I wasn't going to say anything, but I thought someone needed to be informed as to why you were losing a customer. I have never been treated this ridiculously by an employee of a company I was doing business with, and I can guarantee that no one in my organization will ever use bus.com again.

Needless to say that I feel I should be offered a different bus at no extra charge.
The service, when made available, worked well. The driver was on time and professional.
