I purchased a dewalt jigsaw from buyaparcel,the start of my problems .it has taken buyaparcel over 3 weeks to rectify.the item arrived after a few days with a clearly faulty battery,i notified buyaparcel and a swap it was arranged to replace faulty battery.delivery was arranged by buyaparcel which I had to take a day off work to hand over faulty battery but buyaparcel gave me tracking details that did not work.i stayed in all day no delivery.when I contacted buyaparcel the girl had to ask me for tracking details & could not track parcel.A return was arranged again by buyaparcel,parcel was collected nearly a week later when I contact buyaparcel im asked for tracking details for package this company arranged...eventually after over 3 weeks & down a days pay I received payment for faulty goods,,,in future I shall be staying with companys I can trust like toolstop & ffx to name but 2.i wont be dealing with buyaparcel again

Delivery service was very good! Called us to book an exact day, then called an hour before arrive. Package not that great! When I bought the first pack of the salt from you, was great, no leaking at all. This time I bought 15bags, every bag with very thin layer package, the sharp salt broke the bags( all of them)! When we moved those heavy bags into the house, salt was everywhere! And we have to use large bin bags to wrap all the salt bags. It's nightmare.

I recently purchased a Box for a makita angle grinder. The advertisement on "Buyaparcel" stated that the box and inlay would take the angle grinder the charger and two batteries. (Exactly what I wanted) however what was sent was a smaller box with an inlay that will not take the charger and batteries. I have now emailed them twice and had no response. A real shame as the speed of delivery and prices appear to be good and I would have used them again for sure. I will try calling them in a few days and how communication is better thaty way.

Received the upright washing line cover, thinking it would be the one we required. Opened the package tried it on the line and the impression we got it must have been from some child's toy line, extremely small and useless for the purpose. We have now returned the goods to Buyaparcel.

The box that held my shower had been previously open (which is fine) but it wasn't securely sealed when it was delivered and the parts inside were freely moving around. So I requested a refund and the customer service rep Lauren was accommodating and offered to replace any possible part that might have gone missing but I felt more comfortable to just return the whole thing which they accepted and will collect on Monday. A shame because the shower was being sold cheaper than all the other places I found.

I ordered a coir mat that I was told it would arrive via 2nd class post in 5 days - it was a month before it finally arrived! I waited for a couple of weeks before ringing customer service who apologised and said there had been a delay. This is fine, but it would have been helpful if someone had preempted my call by informing me of the delay.

Placed an order on BuyaParcel with next day delivery. I never received item. UKMail state they delivered it but have no record to prove. Never return calls as promises. BuyaParcel took a week to resolve. Remedy was to send me a replacement which I was told was in stock and due to receive today. Have now been told by BuyaParcel, item not in stock so will need a refund. What a waste of my time (spent an hour in total on phone trying to sort), energy and money for over a week. Overall bad experience from both parties. Won't recommend this website nor make any more purchases from you.

my order is superb and fab price,great customer service ,but delivery is slow,i will be keeping my orders and would still buy with buyaparcel,the delivery time is slow,so speeding this up would make the process great !

There was nowhere to trace, no information available after it had been dispatched and delivery was very slow. Why it took so long is unknown when most places offer next day delivery this took a week. Wouldn't use again

first tiome i have used company, called afetr seeing product on site,, ordered and tarrived as promised next day, everyhting as stated.

I ordered my parcel and paid extra delivery fee to make sure it gets delivered the next day. My parcel was delivered the next day, however it was about 8 at night.
Next day delivery... 8 pm? you could deliver it at 11.59 pm, since it still counts as next day.

I have ordered one product and it was delivered to me a different one.
I have called you immediately and you advised me to return the parcel next day.
The collection was next day but until now I didn't receive the product ordered.
Today, I have called your customer services and I have been told that until you receive the return from your courier and you are not able to send me my order.
Please, send us our order or refund the money immediately.

I have bought Monach Advanced Water Filter System 1 year ago. Unfortunately BuyaParcel does not sell the replacement cartridges for the system. The reason is the manufacture is no longer produced the system and the cartridges... So, this year I couldn't change the cartridge, had to contact manufacture itself and by the whole unit again. It takes time and money. To my surprise, BuyaParsel STILL SELLS the Monach Advanced Water Filter System. More than that. The site recommend the cartridge (AP100) with is not compatible to the system.
