Don't trust this website I have ordered 2 parts for my Mercedes and the price was cheaper than the UK but at the end, I have loss £21.65!!!!! Parts arrived after a long time and both were wrong parts. I have paid £8.45 for shipping waiting 11 days to arrive from Germany and £13.20 to return bloody parts back to Germany. German based company so beware. Ordered Headlight for right hand drive car. Specifically selected right hand drive light which was more expensive. No marking on box to indicate just part number. As light is clear unit mechanic wasn't able to check until fitted. Then discovered light was for left hand drive vehicle I needed a conversion kit which delayed repair for another 2 days. Buycarparts then said onus was on me to order correct part even though mistake was theirs. Avoid.

THEY EVEN ARGUED WITH AN AC SPECIALIST WHO INSTALLED THE COMPRESSOR TO THE LETTER AND STILL IT DIDN'T WORK i THE HAD 17, YES 17 OPERATIVES TRY TO SORT THE PROBLEM WITHOUT A RESULT. TODAY 25/03/20 I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ADVISING ME THAT MY WARRANTY CLAIM WAS NOT UPHELD AND THAT i'M STILL AWAITING THE PART TO BE RETURNED. Awfull company sent the wrong part even though there web page said it was the correct one. Then told me I'd have to pay return shipping which was more then the part cost even though its there error customer support was awfull and no help at all

They have a reputation of telling you the part is ok for your car when it is not customer service is there to tell you tough luck basically and nothing else Take my advice and many others and avoid like the plague. Whatever you do please do not buy from This company I ordered in good faith a set of tyres ,order no 31173628 so a genuine sale however they could not guarantee if the tyres would be here within a month as they were coming from Germany ( even though it is a co.uk website it’s based in Germany ,so I requested a cancellation but the sales person point blank refused to cancel the order and told me I had to have the tyres however I had already repurchased them .ive has Blatant lies from the sales team saying they had already been dispatched which I know they hadn’t i eventually had an email confirming my order was cancelled and a refund would be issued within 48 hours ,I waited a week and then rang today only to find out the order had been reactivated “by mistake” I’ve now apparently got to wait for the tyres to arrive then send them back at my own cost and then wait again for a refund , which by all account is a further 1-2 months to wait some customers never see a refund shocking service and blatant lies from this company I have emails to back up my comments

I ordered car parts from the buyparts.co.uk website on 26/04/2020 and 28/04/2020 (list products bought online) My original order was: 2x J3303044 Nipparts Brake Discs-received JQ1012910 Brake Pad Set, disc brake- received incorrect and incomplete STARK set FA-397S Air Filter – received W 67/1 Oil Filter-received 151528 Engine Oil -received 2x J4913003 Track Control Arm- received one incorrect STARK track control arm and one correct Nipparts track control arm 2x Blue print ADM58078 Stabiliser Mounting 2x Blue print ADM58033 Stabiliser Mounting 2x Blue print ADM58719 Tie Rod End-received incorrect STARK tie rod end 2x Nipparts J4963005 Rod / Strut Stabiliser – received incorrect STARK Rod/Strut stabiliser 2x Nipparts J4893006 Rod/Strut Stabiliser - received I was under the impression that this was UK based but found out it is in Germany and that my order was being sent from Germany not as I expected. I received an email confirmation that my parcel could not be delivered (on 07/05/2020) due to address information so I had to contact the parcel centre to organise my own delivery. When I received my order, I was disappointed. Firstly, with a clear fragile sign on the box you would think care would be taken with the parcel, but it arrived damaged and partially opened. Upon checking through the box, I noticed half of my order was incorrect and I had been sent cheaper alternatives than I paid for against my will. This is misleading and deliberately cheating customers. I emailed the company straight away and explained what happened and that I wanted to receive my order and the items I had paid for not cheaper alternatives. This was without notification and secondly my original desired items were in stock as shown on buycarparts.co.uk so they had no reason to send different brands and alternatives. Item replaced with an alternative could be a mistake but more than does not seem right or honest. They had stolen this from me. The delay in replying caused more frustration as I needed the correct items, I had ordered to fit to my car for eg break pads which are an important part of the function of a car and needed to be changed soon! I would have had these in good time if there was good communication. Finally, 21/05/2020 I received an email to from buycarparts.co.uk stating I should list the items I claimed were not the ones I ordered and what I wanted to return. I replied with all the information. They replied and disregarded most of what I had told them (the list of items missing, not received and the alternatives they sent that I did not and could not use).To make matters worse, my break pads in my car came out whilst I was driving and witnessed by a driver I almost hit. Luckily, I was not driving more than 30 mph or could have been a different matter. If I had received the parts I ordered without delaying, this could have been avoided . During my communication or lack there of, I had been transferred to different departments twice causing more delay and going round in circles. On the 25/05/20 I received an email from buycarparts.co.uk , to offer me a return label to send back the parts I did not order to receive a refund. The compensation they offer 2% discount on my next order , which does not cover this whole inconvenience and stress caused by their negligence.I have lost faith in my order being resolved due to the delays. I am also a key worker and during this time the most I need my car especially to go to work to look after vulnerable people during this difficult times. I was forced to use the cheaper low quality parts and products which again I did not agree about. This is why I already opened a complaint at ECC and PayPal Shame can not choose no stars!

Absolute disgrace. Ordered parts that were in stock and was told 4-5 working days for delivery, this I've now been told will be more like 8-10 working days. The tracking number still says they haven't received my items after 5 days. I called them and was lied to several times, saying the items had been handed to the transport company but then told me they didn't hand it over until the day after, on a Saturday which I had already been told they only work on weekdays. If I had known this company was run by Autodoc there is no way in hell I would have used them as I have had the same problems before, which I reviewed and they tried to have taken down several times. Avoid like the plague!

appalling service. even 1 star is generous. no response to emails. provided a delivery address different to the billing address but still they put the billing address on the invoice/delivery note. supposed to deliver within 4-5 days. its been 10 and still no parcel. tracker says they attempted delivery but nobody answered so they left it at a post office. not stating which post office, or how to arrange delivery/collection. best of all, CCTV proves nobody came at the time they supposedly tried the billing AND delivery address. lies lies lies. pathetic imbeciles who have no idea what business etiquette is. retarded time wasters who deserve for a jack to fail upon them while they lie beneath a car changing an exhaust.

A radiator condenser was ordered online having input all the details including the registration number. I ordered the part based on their recommendation with confidence knowing it would have been the correct part. I paid the mechanic to install the part only to realise it was the wrong part. I have lost out on time and labour yet 'buy car parts' are not giving a refund nor giving a return label expecting me to pay for the part. Stay well clear

Be careful with their shipping service which is most important aspects. They say and charge you that they are going use DHL for shipping but after that they deliver to local goverment postal service for cutting their operating costs. Until here it seems okay right!!!! I am almost everday sending emails and complaints about my order number 25793104 on 26.11.2019 and still did not arrive. I paid total of 334.17 Pounds for this worst service and they charge me 106.99 for shipping. They send emails from buycarparts.co.uk and Autodoc.co.uk.All emails that they are sending have the same response not any solutions "We checking and we are waiting response from our investigation department" for shut my mouth. They operate from Germany and no one knows where is my shipping package. 2 Brembo brakes and brake pads. I will sue you guys. Give me one reason for giving you 5 stars.

Be wary! Parts come from Germany and the website filter does not work for UK vehicle registration numbers meaning that all the parts shown as compatible are not, I only realised this after the incorrect parts were delivered... After extensive correspondence, the company will not admit an error with their system and will not pay for the return postage, which from the UK is £30! Terrible customer service. Be very careful and believe the negative reviews.

CAUTION WHEN BUYING - GERMAN COMPANY OPERATING OUTSIDE THE UK SELLING EUROPEAN CAR PARTS, NOT DESIGNED FOR SOME UK CARS! I purchased two sets of car windscreen wiper blades from 'buycarparts.co.uk' only to find that when I recieved them they had been dispatched from Germany and that neither of them fitted my UK right-hand drive car as the wipers were only suitable for European left-hand drive cars! To add further insult to injury they have flat out refused to accept them back as a return on the grounds that they do not accept returns for items that have been fitted to a vehicle! But how am I supposed to know they would not be suitable for my car without first trying to fit them! Disgusting and borderline fraudulent company with T&C's designed to make it impossible to return unused goods - AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I ordered coil springs and shock absorbers. The coil springs fitted no problem, the shock absorbers while stating they were for my car had the wrong seals, so I had to re-use the old ones. My biggest gripe is this site pretends to be UK based when it is German so there's a very long delivery time (mine was about 10 days) and it's uneconomical to return parts. I could make my ordered parts work with a bit of lateral thinking but I wouldn't order from them again.

Don’t use this company. All negative reviews are correct. I have experienced them sending different parts from what I ordered. They assured me that the sensors would work as they were apparently the same “spec” as the ones I ordered. So my mechanic tried to fit them, but they weren’t compatible. And since they’ve been mounted I apparently don’t qualify for a refund. All very convenient and borderline fraudulent. So, my advice is to pay the extra to purchase from more reliable suppliers.

BUYERS BEWARE !!!! REFUND ISSUES... currently waiting on the outcome of a set of shock absorbers sent to me supposedly for a chevrolet matiz the items are not a matching pair of shock absorbers, and are 2 inches too short compared to the original items, I have sent them pictures and currently they are saying the items have been damaged, I removed the strapping to compare with the original shock absorbers, and there are a few marks noricable on the shock abosrber body which i think would have been on there from the manufacturing process. looks like I am stuck with a set of shock absorbers which are not suitable for my car and no chance of refund. certainly wont be buying off these again please pass on these details to anyone thinking of ordering off this company as they supply wrong parts, and will not refund...
